This time, we will introduce a restaurant in Yame City where you can enjoy delicious pizza.

Stone Oven Pizza Bar Cress is located about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car from central Fukuoka, 10 minutes from Yame IC on the Kyushu Expressway, and 5 minutes from Yame City Hall.

As the name suggests, this restaurant is known for its authentic pizza baked in a stone oven.

The bright interior is filled with natural light and has both table and counter seating, making it an easy place to dine whether you're alone or in a group.

You'll be amazed by the deliciousness! The wood-fired pizza is a must-try!

The shop currently offers eight types of pizza, including "Marinara" (1,100 yen), "Teriyaki Chicken" (1,320 yen), and "Bacon Potato" (1,320 yen).

You can choose from two types of dough: authentic Neapolitan dough and snack-friendly crispy dough.

This is the signature menu item, "Margherita" (1,100 yen). This time, I chose the authentic Neapolitan dough recommended by the shop.

The dough is baked in a stone oven, giving it a nice browned surface and an exceptional aroma.

The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy, allowing you to really taste the deliciousness of the dough itself.

The tomato sauce has a nice acidity and a refreshing taste.

The size is just right, and I was surprised that it was priced at 1,100 yen for this quality. My kids loved it, and even though it was large, they ate it all in one go.

There's more to the menu than just pizza!

Another great thing about this restaurant is that they have a wide variety of menu items other than pizza, such as the "Sausage Platter" (1,210 yen) and "Caprese" (660 yen).

This is the most popular pasta dish, "Stone-grilled Neapolitan" (1,430 yen).

Its most distinctive feature is its texture.

It is served on a hot stone dish, so the bottom gets burnt and crispy.

You can enjoy the different textures of the chewy pasta and the crunchy crust, so you won't get bored of eating it until the very end.

I personally love the crunchy parts, so I couldn't stop grinning.

This tomato sauce is sweet and rich, and the ingredients, such as sausage, bacon, peppers, and onions, are cut into large pieces, making it more filling than it looks.

Mix it with egg yolk and enjoy the smooth texture, doubling the flavor.
