This time, we will introduce the buffet restaurant located in Bayside Place Hakata.
Popular with families! A stylish buffet restaurant with an open feel, "Rita's Farm" (Chikkohonmachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)
Bayside Place Hakata is a complex located in Chikkohonmachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City.
If you take the Nishitetsu bus, it takes about 15 minutes from the Tenjin or Hakata areas.
There is also a parking discount service based on the amount you spend at the restaurant, making it convenient for those traveling by car.

This time we will be introducing Rita's Farm, a buffet restaurant located on the first floor of Building A.

The bright, open and spacious interior is decorated in white, creating a clean and spacious space.
They also have chairs for children, making it perfect for family meals.
You can bring your dog to the terrace seats.

At Rita's Farm, you can enjoy healthy food and sweets to your heart's content in a buffet style.

The fee is 2,200 yen for adults (junior high school students and above), 1,200 yen for elementary school students, 730 yen for children (4 years and above), 500 yen for children under 3 years old, and free for infants. The time limit is 90 minutes.
There are over 40 different types of buffet dishes, and the variety is astounding.

Here are some of the dishes that were on display.
The menu changes depending on the season, but when our family visited, there were items on offer such as pickled tomatoes, bok choy with chili sauce, piping hot minestrone, roasted sweet potato and nuts with pork miso, marinated horse mackerel with lotus root, Japanese-style pasta, and chicken rice balls.
Just by looking at the food, you can see that each dish is carefully prepared.
The dishes are generally lightly seasoned to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, and what's nice is that they're not too strong.
The wide range of Japanese and Western dishes is sure to get you excited!
The one we would like to recommend is the most popular dish, "Pizza."

There were two types of pizza available: "Margherita Pizza" and "Honey Cheese Pizza." These were carefully made pizzas that were served hot straight from the oven, so they literally disappeared in an instant.

When I managed to get some and tried it, it was so delicious that I ended up buying it again and again, whenever the timing was right.
The sauces used for the "Tofu Hamburger" change depending on the season, and on this day there were two types: "Japanese-style mushroom sauce with thickened bean paste" and "carrot sauce."

Both were mildly salty and had a mild flavor.
The potato salad, made with roughly mashed potatoes mixed with crispy bacon and edamame beans, was very filling.

"Sakura shrimp rolled egg" is surprisingly delicious with a rich sakura shrimp flavor ♡ It's a highly recommended dish.

This is a "salted cake" made with rice flour and soy milk.

"Cake salé" is a savory cake in French, and is a savory cake. I was able to fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, such as sweet potato and shimeji mushrooms.
There are dishes such as "Chicken breast with tapenade sauce", and every dish is sure to satisfy!

There is a wide variety of dressings to choose from, including our homemade sesame dressing, homemade southern dressing, and homemade onion dressing, so you can enjoy one that suits your mood.
Most of the menu items are served on small plates, which is not only a great consideration from a hygiene standpoint, but also means you can enjoy a little bit of each variety without taking too much.

There was a wide selection of items, from classics to seasonal specials, such as "fig Panna Cotta," "Pumpkin Pudding," and "Coconut and Mango Mousse Cake." There was also a lineup of "Sweet Potatoes," which allowed you to fully enjoy the sweetness of the ingredients.
What particularly impressed me was the "Burdock Chiffon Cake," which makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients. With just one bite, the distinctive aroma and gentle sweetness of burdock spreads throughout the cake.

The finely textured dough is surprisingly moist, and has a light texture that melts softly in your mouth.
The burdock root is finely grated and kneaded into the dough, making it mild and easy to eat even for those who don't like vegetables. The more you chew, the more its subtle aroma spreads, and you can enjoy its simple yet rich flavor.
The lunch buffet is perfect for special occasions or as a little treat. It's especially popular on weekends, so we recommend making a reservation.
