The "Standard Plan" includes one cup of tea from the long-established French tea brand "Mariage Frères" plus all-you-can-drink tea, coffee, soft drinks, and several other options. The "Tea Selection Plan" includes a selection of teas from "Mariage Frères" plus all-you-can-drink drinks from the Standard Plan.
You can also add sweets and drinks as options.
Not just cute! A variety of delicate and authentic polar bear sweets
While a three-tiered stand is the norm for afternoon tea, this afternoon tea featured seven sweets and three savory dishes lined up on a black plate. The lights flickering beneath the box created a special Christmas atmosphere.

First, let me introduce the sweets.
The Kumakaron is so cute that it's almost a shame to eat it! Its rich sweetness makes it a perfect match with Mariage Frères black tea.

The "Pear Christmas Verrine" features delicate pear shaping that resembles snow, and has a sophisticated taste with a hint of alcohol.

The "Apple Compote Tart" with its cute white flowers was crisp and fruity, with a refreshing taste that was not too sweet.

The "White Tree Mont Blanc" offers a surprise that you wouldn't expect from its white appearance. Strawberry cream is poured out from the inside, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors.

Other treats to enjoy include the "White Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse" with a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors, the "Gâteau Opera Citron" with a refreshing lemon flavor and a touch of sweetness, and the adorable "Bear Cookies."

Chef's special Christmas savory
Not only the sweets, but also the chef's special Christmas savories are all in all white, which is very stylish!
The three dishes are "Cauliflower Snow Mousse" with a subtle sweetness and elegant aroma, "Chicken Breast and Apple White Salad", and "Turnip and Prosciutto Caprese" with a light acidity.

My favorite dish was the "Chicken Breast and Apple White Salad." The contrast between the tenderness of the chicken and the crunchy texture of the apple was impressive. The refreshing flavor of the apple brought out the umami of the chicken.

Scones and condiments are essential for afternoon tea!
There are two types of scones: "Milk" and "Black Tea." There are also two types of condiments: "Apple Jam" and "Clotted Cream."
The apple jam retains the texture of fresh apples and is very satisfying to eat. The clotted cream has just the right amount of saltiness and pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet scones.

Check out the luxury options too
When making a reservation for White Bear's Christmas Afternoon Tea, you can add a special drink and dessert as an option.
First up is the special dessert, the "White Christmas Yogurt Parfait" (1,800 yen).
The base is snow-white yogurt, topped with apple sauce, white chocolate flakes, and white chocolate mousse. The teddy bear marshmallows are super cute. The sweetness of the whole dessert and the tartness of the yogurt are a perfect match, creating a luxurious taste.

Furthermore, the special drink "Berry Merry Spark" (1,300 yen) is a refreshing drink with just the right amount of sweet sparkling water and lots of tiny strawberries. It will make you feel happy♪
