[Fukuoka Tonkotsu Ramen] A popular restaurant that opens at 8am, featuring a rich, overflowing soup!

Hello. I'm Yuri and I love ramen.

This time, we will introduce some excellent pork bone ramen that we found near Nakasu-Kawabata subway station.

Queues are inevitable! Popular pork bone ramen restaurant "Nakasu Kawabata Kirin" (Kamikawabata-cho, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City)

Nakasu Kawabata Kirin is a 4-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station on the Subway Airport Line or Hakozaki Line. This restaurant is known for its rich pork bone ramen.

Starting in November 2025, opening hours will be 8:00-24:00, allowing you to enjoy the park from morning until night.

When I visited, there were a lot of people lined up, and it was immediately clear how popular it is.

The restaurant has counter seats and table seats.

The signature dish is "Tonkotsu Ramen" (950 yen).

Other popular dishes include "Tsukemen" (1,200 yen), "Spicy Miso Tsukemen" (1,250 yen), and "Shamo Soba" (1,200 yen).

The rich, overflowing soup is exquisite! "Tonkotsu Ramen" has no unpleasant odor

This time, I ordered the "Tonkotsu Ramen" (950 yen, back of the photo) and the "All-Topping Tonkotsu Ramen" (1,700 yen, front of the photo) which comes with all the toppings.

First, take a sip of the soup, which is filled to the brim so that it covers the noodles and toppings. The mellow pork bone soup, made using the "Yobimoeshi" method, has no unpleasant odor and is rich yet somehow light in flavor.

Once you start drinking it, you won't be able to stop gulping it down!

The noodles are medium-thin egg noodles.

It has a chewy texture and is delicious in a different way to extra-thin noodles.

The toppings for the "Everything On" are wontons, beautiful pink roasted pork slices, Saga seaweed, and eggs (you can choose between raw eggs and boiled eggs).

The wontons are packed with flavor inside a thin, melt-in-your-mouth skin, and melt in your mouth along with the soup.

The richly flavored, tender pork slices, combined with the richness of the pork bone soup, are so delicious you can't help but smile.

This time I ordered a raw egg. The noodles mixed with the egg yolk were delicious.

The soup with the seaweed dissolved in it also has an excellent change in flavor.

It's a unique store with a unique personality, and I've become a big fan♪

It's the perfect drink to end your evening stroll around Nakasu. Be sure to stop by. (Text by Yuri-chan)
