In April 2025, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts returned to Fukuoka for the first time in about nine years.

Following on from our first Kyushu revival store, "ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.", and our second store, "Canal City Hakata," a new store will be opening soon!

The third store to return to Kyushu! "Krispy Kreme Donuts Amu Plaza Hakata" to open on November 13, 2025

The Krispy Kreme Donuts Amu Plaza Hakata store will have its grand opening on the first basement floor of Amu Plaza Hakata, directly connected to JR Hakata Station, at 10:00 on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

In addition, a new series called "DOUGH-wich" that allows you to enjoy the "taste of Fukuoka" will be available as a limited edition product at the "Amu Plaza Hakata Store"!

"Dawitch" was born from the premium series "Krispy Kreme Premium," which delivers a "brand experience that can only be had here" in limited areas.

This is a luxurious "sandwich-style" donut series that combines Krispy Kreme's signature fluffy dough with smooth cream and the flavors of other ingredients.

Four new flavors will be available: "Oligre Whipped Cream & Custard" and "Cinnamon Apple & Custard," which allow you to enjoy a new take on the classic donut, and "Oligre Amaou Strawberry & Whipped Cream" and "Oligre Hakata Mentaiko & Cheese," which are flavors unique to Fukuoka.

Dorwich Oligure Whipped Cream & Custard

The flagship product of the Dorwich series, "Dorwich Original Glazed Whipped & Custard" (388 yen), is based on the ever-popular No. 1 "Original Glazed (R)." It is a simple yet delicious treat, with a fluffy dough cut in half and filled with light whipped cream and vanilla-flavored custard cream.

The custard cream used is the same as that used in the second most popular item, "Brulee Glazed"!

Dorwich Cinnamon Apple & Custard

"Dorwich Cinnamon Apple & Custard" (486 yen) is a limited-time flavor available until around April 2026. It is the classic "Cinnamon Sugar" sandwiched between diced apples and whipped custard.

The sweet and refreshing aroma of two types of cinnamon matches the gentle flavors of apple and custard. It's a slightly different taste from the usual "Cinnamon Sugar," with an elegant apple pie-like flavor.

Doughwich Origre Amaou Strawberry & Whipped Cream

"Dowitch Original Glazed Amaou Strawberry & Whipped Cream" (518 yen) is a masterpiece made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture. It is made by squeezing Amaou cream and whipped cream into the "Original Glazed (R)" and sandwiching sliced Amaou strawberries in between. It is finished by sprinkling Amaou sugar powder on top, and is topped with whipped cream and Amaou jam.

Its sweet and sour, juicy taste and gorgeous appearance make it the perfect souvenir.

Dorwich Oligure Hakata Mentaiko & Cheese

The sweet and salty "Doughwich Original Glazed Hakata Mentaiko & Cheese" (486 yen) is Spicy Fish Eggs made from Hakata's classic mentaiko (spicy cod roe). The surface of the "Original Glazed (R)" donut is coated with Hakata mentaiko sauce, sprinkled with shredded cheese, and baked to a fragrant finish.

The sandwich is filled with a rich cheese cream made from three types of cheese: cream cheese, Gouda, and Emmental. The secret ingredient, garlic butter sauce, brings out the umami of the cheese and mentaiko. It's filling, so it would make a good lunch.
