[Fukuoka Tonkotsu Ramen] Once you try it, you'll be hooked! A popular restaurant with a rich soup simmered for three days
Hello. I'm Momo and I love to eat.
This time, we will introduce a popular pork bone ramen restaurant in Yukuhashi city.
A popular ramen shop that pays close attention to every detail: Kurobuta Tonkotsu Ramen Marushin Yukuhashi Main Branch (Yukuhashi City)
Marushin Yukuhashi Main Branch, a popular restaurant serving Kurobuta Tonkotsu Ramen, is located a five-minute walk from JR Nippo Main Line Yukuhashi Station, in a corner of the restaurant area in front of the station.
The restaurant boasts a rich, collagen-packed soup made by slowly simmering bones and back fat of domestic black pork for three days. The noodles are made from a blend of several types of domestic wheat, and are homemade to achieve a rich aroma and a crisp texture. The ramen sauce is made from kelp and shiitake mushroom broth, Kyushu soy sauce, and 20 other ingredients and spices, making for a truly special bowl of ramen.
In addition to the Yukuhashi main store that we visited this time, there is also a store in the Yunosako Onsen Ohiraku complex in Kamige Town, Chikujo District.

First, purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine located immediately to the left as you enter the store.

There are L-shaped counter seats and table seats, making it easy to use even if you are alone.
There are five types of ramen available, including the classic "Ramen" (800 yen) and "Char Siu Noodles" (1,050 yen). Eight types of toppings (starting from 100 yen) are available, so you can customize it to your liking.

The "Lunch Set" (+360 yen) can be ordered only between 11:30 and 14:00, and includes rice and gyoza dumplings with your ramen for a great deal.
If you can't decide, try this! The most popular "Ajitama Ramen"
The most popular dish is the classic "Ramen" topped with a seasoned egg, "Ajitama Ramen" (960 yen). You can choose the firmness of the noodles from "soft," "normal," "firm," and "very firm."
By the way, this bowl is an original Arita ware that is designed with great attention to heat retention.

Let's start with the soup. The soup is simmered for a long time, and is creamy and rich with no unpleasant odor! It's full-bodied and delicious, and you'll be hooked.

The noodles are straight and thin. They are made daily in the noodle room on the second floor of the restaurant. They are rich in flavor and mix well with the pork bone soup.

You can also get extra noodles for an additional 150 yen.

And look! This seasoned egg is characterized by its rich orange yolk!
The soft-boiled eggs are soaked in a special soy sauce made specifically for their seasoned eggs. The yolk is super soft and delicious!

The pork slices are marinated in a secret sauce, and are flavorful, very tender, and have just the right amount of fat. There are two slices included.

They also offer a nice service of bringing you takana (green mustard greens) for free if you order!

When you add it to ramen, the spicy mustard greens blend with the creamy pork bone broth, doubling the flavor! It's great for changing up the flavor, and also makes a great accompaniment to rice.

It was so delicious that I drank up the whole soup!

We also recommend the Kuromaru Ramen, made with chili oil and pork bone broth.
Another dish I ordered was the "Kuromaru Ramen" (960 yen), which features a black soup and is topped with roasted pork fillets, wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, and green onions.

The fragrant and rich black garlic oil made from deep-fried garlic and green onions is combined with the rich pork bone soup to create a delicious, punchy soup! The flavor is addictive, and the combination with the noodles is amazing!

Once you try it, you'll definitely become a fan! Be sure to visit! (Text by momo)
