This time, we will introduce "Hakata Non-Tonkotsu Naoto Hakata Daito Store," which opened on October 7, 2025, on the second floor of "Hakata Daito" inside JR Hakata Station.

"Hitonkotsu Naoto" opened in Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City in 2022 as the second store of "Ramen Naoto," a popular "non-tonkotsu" ramen restaurant in Watanabedori, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. The ramen is popular for its use of high-quality ingredients such as blackthroat seaperch, and the restaurant has now opened a new store, "Hakata Hitonkotsu Naoto Hakata Daito Store," on "Hakata Men Kaido."
The location is at the back of the Shinkansen platform (Hikari Plaza ticket gate).

This is "Hakata Men Kaido." It is a specialty shopping street with 12 popular noodle restaurants, mainly Hakata ramen, and is so crowded that there are lines every day with locals, tourists, and business people.
The exterior of "Hakata Non-Tonkotsu Naohito Hakata Daito Store" exudes a sense of luxury with its chic colors.

The brand new interior is made with plenty of wood, creating a warm and modern atmosphere. There are counter seats (9 seats) and table seats (18 seats).

Naohito offers "non-pork bone" ramen made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients, with particular attention paid not only to the noodles and broth, but even to the water.

Another popular dish is "Nao Tori Paitan Ramen." The photo shows the version with seasoned egg (1,110 yen), but you can also choose the "Special" version (with two extra slices of pork, seasoned egg, and seaweed, 1,360 yen) or the "No seasoned egg" version (960 yen).
