This time, we will introduce a cafe that opened on October 1, 2025 in Kasumigaoka, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City.

Cafe lovers, take note! Soft serve ice cream and coffee shop "Milk & Coffee Stand 3PT" (Kasumigaoka, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City)

Milk & Coffee Stand 3PT is located about a one-minute walk from JR Kyushu Sandai-mae Station. It is on the first floor of this building.

This is a shop where you can enjoy carefully made homemade soft serve ice cream and coffee.

There are four table seats inside the restaurant, and the warmth of the wood creates a relaxing and comfortable space.

There are train tracks right next to the shop, so you can watch the trains pass by up close from inside the shop.

The owner, Mr. Tanaka, worked at a famous ice cream shop in Kitakyushu and a cafe in Tokyo, and then served as manager of a popular cafe in Fukuoka City before finally opening his own shop.

Coffee lovers who have visited thousands of cafes in Fukuoka say, "The coffee brewed by Tanaka is the best!" His skill, coupled with his personality, has earned him many fans.

Seasonal soft serve ice cream! "Honey and Shine Muscat"

I had seen the limited-time "Honey and Shine Muscat" (680 yen) on Instagram and was intrigued by it.

It is scheduled to be available until early November 2025 (but may end earlier).

The soft serve ice cream is made with flower honey from Mt. Adachi in Kitakyushu, procured from MIELE, a honey store in Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City. To ensure a vibrant flavor, the honey is generously used on top of the ice cream and at the bottom of the cup.

Their carefully made homemade soft serve ice cream is so delicious it even surpasses the soft serve ice cream you'd get at a farm!

It has a milky, deep flavor, but with a refreshing aftertaste, making it an exquisite taste.

They've even carefully calculated the speed at which the sweetness rises when it touches your tongue, and have done extensive research into the types and blends of sugar they use, allowing you to enjoy the milk flavor to the fullest.

By the way, it seems that from early November, they will be introducing new menu items using sweet potatoes!

Popular classic menu item! Pudding soft serve

This is the popular standard menu item, "Pudding Soft" (650 yen).

This slightly firm, egg-flavored pudding is specially made to go with the soft serve ice cream, and pairs perfectly with the bittersweet caramel.

Other soft serve ice cream options include "Milk Soft Serve" (500 yen), "Mini Soft Serve" (380 yen), "Coffee Jelly Soft Serve" (700 yen), and the affogato-like "Bitter Delicious Soft Serve" (700 yen).

Recreate the sweets from the movie! Cookies perfect with coffee​

The "Cookies" (300 yen), which go perfectly with coffee, are said to have been created with the image of the cookies that appeared in the movie "The Matrix."

It's slightly firm and moist, and has a flavor that will have you reaching for it again and again.

The coffee menu starts at 500 yen

The coffee beans are sourced from ASLAN Coffee Factory in Kokuraminami Ward, Kitakyushu City.

Regular espresso coffees include "Coffee" (500 yen), "Cafe Latte" (550 yen), "Einspänner" (650 yen), "Caramel Latte" (600 yen), and "Cafe Mocha" (650 yen), and you can even make it into a float for an additional 250 yen!

Tanaka-san hand-brews coffee made with special beans, and prices start from 1,000 yen.

This time I ordered the "Panama Abu Coffee Geisha Anaerobic" (1,800 yen), which was the most fruity and gorgeous coffee I've ever had, and I was surprised at how the flavor changed.
