Hello! I'm Yumi Kuroishi, a writer who connects the city of Fukuoka with its people.
This time, we will introduce a cafe that is currently a hot topic among girls who love Korea!
Stylish and picturesque! Enhance Coffee, a popular cafe run by a Korean owner (Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City)
Enhance Coffee opened in the Tenjinkita area in April 2025.
It is about an 8-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Subway Airport Line.

This cafe is run by a Korean owner and is so popular that it is often full with young women on weekends.
With the concept of "No concept but good coffee," the cafe aims to not only serve good coffee, but also to create a space where people can encounter cultures such as music, fashion, interior design, photography, and atmosphere.

The interior of the store makes use of the high ceilings and retro atmosphere of the building, and is combined with antique furniture, making it a picturesque space wherever you take a photo.
Also noteworthy are the illustrations of Nico-chan that are painted on the walls, floors, and various other places!
It's fun to search while drinking coffee! Finding one will make you feel happy!
The signature dish is the creamy "Enhance Brown"! Homemade sweets are also popular.
The main coffee is a reproduction of the coffee often served in Korean cafes. The fragrant coffee beans are carefully extracted to create a mellow flavor. They also add syrup and fruit to make it more palatable even for those who don't like coffee.
There are nine different types of coffees available, including the "Enhanced Black" (600 yen), which combines cold-brewed coffee with orange syrup, the "Au Lait Glacé" (600 yen), which is cold-brewed coffee poured over condensed milk, and the "Vanilla Bean Latte" (650 yen), a cafe latte with slightly sweet vanilla syrup.

This time, we're pairing our signature menu items, "Enhance Brown" (600 yen) and "Cold Brew (ICE)" (550 yen), with popular homemade sweets.

On the left is the "Ingensbrau (ICE)," which is similar to the popular Korean coffee with cream, "Einspänner." It's a fragrant latte base topped with plenty of milky cream!
It's recommended to drink it without a straw. It's creamy yet has a clean aftertaste. The combination of the slightly bitter latte and the soft milky cream was exquisite.

"Cold Brew" has a refreshing taste that can be gulped down easily. It is a coffee that pairs well with sweet desserts.
A must-order dessert is the popular "Basque Cheesecake" (750 yen). It's so soft you can easily pierce it with a fork, and has a rich, milky flavor.

Also noteworthy is the traditional French pastry "Fabreton" (550 yen) made with dried fruit. The shop says it is modeled after a bread version of a canelé.

The outside is crispy, the inside is moist and not too sweet. It goes well with "Enhance Brown" and is also recommended to dip it in cream!
In addition to the items introduced above, other recommended menu items include "Mislatte" (600 yen), which combines milk with "Misukkal," a traditional Korean health food grain powder, and the refreshing-looking "Passion Coral Tea" (650 yen).
