Hotel New Otani Hakata's signature autumn treat is this! The "Super Mont Blanc" (3,780 yen), wrapped in rich Japanese chestnut paste, is back again this year.

This year, it has evolved even further, with the addition of Japanese ingredients such as matcha meringue and matcha custard cream.

New Chestnut and Grape Cakes Join the "Super Series"!

A long-awaited new addition to the "Super Series," which has captivated many fans.

The "New Extra Super Grape Shortcake" (3,564 yen) is a special shortcake made with a generous amount of Shine Muscat grapes, which have an elegant sweetness and gorgeous fragrance with a sugar content of around 18 degrees, and domestic Pione grapes, which combine rich sweetness with a refreshing acidity.

The contrast between the vibrant yellow-green and deep purple-black is eye-catching and looks gorgeous!

The "Super Marron Shortcake" (3,024 yen) is a castella cake made with "Taiyo Eggs" from Nagasaki Prefecture, with the gentle sweetness of wasanbon and mandarin honey, sandwiched between steamed chestnuts and matcha custard cream.

The fluffy castella cake is accented with Hingya salt, brown sugar bean paste, brown sugar jelly, and small daifuku mochi. This is a Japanese-style super series that allows you to enjoy plenty of Japanese ingredients.
