A huge gathering of meat dishes and wine in the heart of Fukuoka!

We would like to introduce some notable events starting tomorrow, Friday, September 19th.

[September 19th-23rd, 2025] "MEAT & WINE FUKUOKA - A Meat and Wine Festival" will be held, where you can enjoy meat dishes and wine from famous restaurants (Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City).

For five days from Friday, September 19th to Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 (national holiday), Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City will host the "MEAT & WINE FUKUOKA - A Meat and Wine Festival," an event where you can enjoy meat and wine.

Festa di Spumante FUKUOKA, which launched in 2015, has been revamped, and now you can enjoy meat dishes made by famous and popular restaurants in Fukuoka, along with over 30 types of wine from 11 countries around the world. You'll be able to experience a special time right in the heart of Fukuoka!

The lineup is extensive, ranging from casual wines that can be enjoyed casually to premium wines.

Ten popular Fukuoka restaurants will be participating! Specialty meat dishes

Ten popular restaurants in Fukuoka will be participating, and they will be serving up "event-only" menus that can only be enjoyed here, including meat dishes carefully selected by the chefs.

MANDARIN MARKET

MANDARIN MARKET offers the classic Chinese dish, fried chicken, in a variety of flavors. The MANDARIN Special Chicken (4 pieces, 1,000 yen) comes in a variety of flavors, including black vinegar with apple and black vinegar sauce, special original spices, and tomato and herb sauce.

The popular "Tomato Cheese Spring Rolls" (limited to 100 per day, 400 yen) from the restaurant will also be making its first appearance at the event.

AIGNON Anion/Ogonyaki Anion

AIGNON Anion/Ogon Yaki Anion offers "Pork and Chips" (1,000 yen), a fish and chips version made with pork, as well as "Foie Gras Mousse and Apple Sauce" (1,000 yen) and "Grilled Sausage" (1,000 yen), which go perfectly with wine.

Chikuho Hormone Slag Mountain

"Chikuho Hormone Botayama" will be serving dishes such as "Tendo Hormone Teppan" (1,500 yen), "Beef Tenderloin Steak Teppan (Japonaise Sauce)" (1,500 yen), and "Greedy Two-Choice Teppan (Tendo Hormone and Beef Tenderloin)" (2,000 yen), all of which are covered in sauce and grilled on a hot plate. You can enjoy hearty meat dishes.

Yanbakuajibou

Yanbaku Ajibo is a lamb specialty store supervised by the Tokyo Ajibo Group.

The easy-to-eat "Grilled Lamb Skewers" (500 yen) allows you to fully enjoy the juicy flavor, aroma of spices, and the natural flavor of the meat.

The "Lamb Chop" (800 yen each) is attractive for its bold flavor and tenderness, which comes from being served on the bone. Seasoned with special spices and herbs, the more you chew it, the more rich the flavor becomes.

El borracho

El Borracho is a Mexican restaurant that has been loved for over 20 years. They will be serving dishes such as "Pork & Chicken Tacos" (800 yen), "Pickles" (400 yen), and "Mexican Pig's Trotters" (700 yen).

GohGan

GohGan is an Asian French restaurant run by Michelin-starred chef Tsuyoshi Fukuyama and world-renowned chef Gagan Anand.

They offer spicy meat dishes such as "Special Tandoori Chicken" (1,000 yen) and "Itoshima Sausage Dog" (500 yen), which incorporate Asian and French techniques.

"Pani Puri" (100 yen), "GohGan Fried Chicken and Belgian Frites" (500 yen), and "Hamon Terrell Platter" (1,000 yen) are also perfect with wine.

Carbo Imaizumi

Carbo Imaizumi will be serving dishes such as "Porcini Mushroom and Iberian Sausage Paella" (1,200 yen), made with seasonal porcini mushrooms and Spanish Iberian sausage, and "Itoshima Oyster and Prosciutto Paella" (1,200 yen). The umami-packed rice is sure to go well with wine.

You can also enjoy the restaurant's popular "Crispy Deep-fried Fresh Fish" (1 piece, 500 yen).

DEAN & DELUCA Fukuoka (Dean & Deluca)

"DEAN & DELUCA" offers a menu of appetizers that go well with alcohol, created by the chef with great care.

The "Crispy Chicken" (600 yen) has a thick, crispy batter and the chicken marinated in buttermilk is tender and juicy. Several types of spices further enhance the flavor.

Other dishes on the menu include the prosciutto-flavored "Spanish Chacouterie Assortment" (1,200 yen), which is a staple of DEAN & DELUCA, "DD French Fries (Kyushu Soy Sauce, Truffle, or Plain)" (500 yen), and "Kale and Quinoa Salad" (500 yen). All of these go perfectly with sparkling wine!

Tracks Itoshima Gibier Workshop (Trax)

"tracks Itoshima Gibier Workshop (Trax)" is a meat processing and sales business specializing in game meat.

The menu includes "diced wild boar steak," "diced venison steak" (800 yen for one type, 1,000 yen for two types), "wild boar dumplings," "venison dumplings" (500 yen each), and "pet jerky" (500 yen). Please enjoy wild game meat, a gift from the mountains, raised in the rich natural environment of this land.

Shiotosake Restaurant

The Japanese restaurant "Shokudo Shiotosake" also has a menu that pairs perfectly with wine.

The restaurant's popular menu items include "Duck Sansho Croquettes" (600 yen) and boneless "Fried Local Chicken Wings" (400 yen each). "Salted Asparagus Spring Rolls" (600 yen) are only available at the event.

COWSI CAMP

COWSI CAMP offers exquisite aged meat, and their aged sirloin steak (1,500 yen) is aged for over 60 days, with a fragrant charcoal fire and sweet meaty aroma that goes perfectly with wine.

You can also enjoy "Charcoal-grilled homemade sausages" (800 yen) and "Mini Wagyu cheeseburgers" (700 yen).

Our sommelier has carefully selected sparkling, white, red, and rosé wines that are perfect for meat dishes. You're sure to find your favorite!

Each bottle of this ruby-colored sparkling wine is made with approximately 50 Amaou strawberries from Chikugo and Yanagawa, and is limited to 40 bottles per day. Enjoy this exquisite glass with its mellow aroma and bubbly aroma.

As an extra edition of "MEAT & WINE FUKUOKA," there will also be a special event that delves into BBQ-style steaks and the red sparkling wine "Lambrusco."

Shuhei Kawai, a barbecue master and runner-up in the world championships of the "Steak Cookoff Association," will grill steaks on the spot. You can enjoy them with the No. 1 Lambrusco, "Medici Ermete," both in name and reality. Advance registration is required for the first 100 people, and there is a separate participation fee of 5,000 yen.

Collaboration with influencers! Sweets that go well with wine

There is also a collaborative project with Fukuoka influencers called "Sweets & Wine - Supervised by Ochika Map."

A special booth will be set up with the theme of "sweets that go well with wine." Come enjoy the sweet and luxurious pairings that you can only get here.

Ichigoya Cafe TANNAL

Ichigoya Cafe Tannal is a specialty shop for strawberry sweets. Their proud "Gelato" (single 500 yen, double 700 yen) is made with care and attention to detail in their workshop at their main store in Itoshima. The highlight is the red, rich, and sticky "Amaou" strawberry.

This time, there are four types of gelato, including mango and Amaou milk, as well as a "Gelato Biscuit Sandwich" (600 yen) made with them. Also available is a "Two Kinds of Canapés (Creamy Salmon & Homemade Amaou Butter)" (700 yen).

Abbey

Abbey, a Cuban sandwich and sweets shop celebrating its 10th anniversary, will be offering tarts and cookies such as the shop's popular "Rare Cheese Tart" (750 yen), "Earl Grey Raw Chocolate Tart" (750 yen), and "Chocolate Rare Cheese Tart" (750 yen).

There is also "Honey Quiche with Dried Fruit and Cream Cheese" (800 yen) and "Fruit Terrine" (800 yen).
