BAKE CHEESE TART is a Hokkaido-born cheese confectionery specialty store. Its only store in Kyushu, the Tenjin Underground Mall store in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, will celebrate its 10th anniversary in September 2025!

To commemorate this anniversary, the "Freshly Baked Cheese Tart Fran Parisien" (324 yen) will be released for a limited time only at the "Tenjin Underground Mall Store" on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

An arrangement of traditional French sweets! "Freshly Baked Cheese Tart Fran Parisien"

"Freshly Baked Cheese Tart Fran Parisien" is a new product that is a "BAKE CHEESE TART"-style adaptation of "Fran Parisien," a traditional French pastry that has been enjoyed as a home-cooked snack.

Unlike regular tarts, this one has a light, flaky texture like a pie and uses a subdued dough. It is then filled with a batter made from a combination of custard cream, which has a mild, pudding-like sweetness that makes the most of the egg flavor, and smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cream cheese from France, and baked.
