The BREAKFAST HOTEL Fukuoka Nakasu is located a two-minute walk from Exit 4 of Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Subway Airport Line or Hakozaki Line.

As the name suggests, this hotel is "particular about breakfast," and its buffet-style breakfast is gaining popularity.

Breakfast is only available to guests staying at the hotel, but with the desire to "offer popular menu items to non-guests as well" and "encourage even more people to have a happy day eating a delicious breakfast," the hotel will start selling breakfast from a food truck in September 2025!

You can easily take out popular breakfast items like French toast and curry, as well as the hotel's signature sweets. Open from 7:00 to 11:00, it's perfect for breakfast, an early lunch, or as a snack while out for a stroll.

Irresistibly fluffy and creamy texture! French toast with a "100-second expiration date"

The signature dish is the "100-second French toast" (250 yen for hotel guests, 500 yen for non-guests). This exquisite dish is made by soaking French bread in a custard mixture made with some of Fukuoka's best-known eggs and Aso milk for a day, then baking it in fragrant butter.

The surface is fragrant, and the inside is fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth, so you can scoop it up with a spoon. The moment you put it in your mouth, the soft buttery aroma and gentle sweetness spread, making you happy~♡

Two original curry flavors perfect for breakfast!

This is also popular for breakfast! You can enjoy "Kyushu Hanamidori Coconut Curry" (front of photo, 600 yen for hotel guests/1,000 yen for non-guests) and "Fukuoka Pork Peanut Curry" (back of photo, 600 yen for hotel guests/1,000 yen for non-guests) from the food truck.

"Kyushu Hanamidori Coconut Curry" is filled with juicy chicken slowly simmered in coconut milk, while "Fukuoka Pork Peanut Curry" features the mellow flavor of peanuts and coconut, finished with original spices.

Both have a deep flavor with the umami of spices blended in. It's a luxury to be able to enjoy this quality as takeout!

Perfect as a gift or to enjoy on the go! Pudding and ice cream

The food truck also serves sweets.

In the foreground of the photo is the "Golden Ratio Pudding," which took 25 years to perfect (200 yen for hotel guests, 400 yen for visitors). It's a rich pudding with a strong egg flavor, perfectly balanced with the bitter caramel.

In the back of the photo is the "Ishigaki Island Tropical Pudding" (220 yen for hotel guests / 440 yen for visitors). This dish won the "BFH Best Pudding General Election 2nd Round" held for hotel guests. Pineapple liqueur is added as a secret ingredient, giving it a refreshing tropical aroma. It is served with ripe pineapple compote. The pudding's melting texture and the pudding's exquisite balance make for a refreshing taste!

The "Homemade Ice Cream" (150 yen for hotel guests/300 yen for non-guests) has flavors that change with the seasons, so you can always find something new to try. The combination of seasonal fruits brings out the richness of the cream while leaving a refreshing aftertaste.

Until the end of October 2025, they plan to offer two flavors: "Homemade Rich Mango Ice Cream" and "Homemade Rich Peach Ice Cream."
