[New Tonkotsu Ramen Shop in Fukuoka] All-you-can-eat Spicy Fish Eggs and spicy takana! A popular restaurant with excellent side dishes
Hello! I'm Hakata Aya, a writer who shares the hottest information about Fukuoka.
This time we will introduce Ramen Ichimujin Watanabedori Branch, which opened on August 23, 2025 and is currently a hot topic.
This is the third store of Ramen Ichimujin, a popular restaurant serving rich pork bone ramen, following the Enokida and Gofukumachi stores.
This restaurant is irresistible for Fukuoka gourmet lovers, as it offers all-you-can-eat "Puchi-Puchi Spicy Fish Eggs" and "Spicy Takana"!
A popular restaurant serving rich pork bone ramen has finally opened in Chuo Ward, "Ramen Ichimujin Watanabedori Branch" (Watanabe-dori, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City)
Ramen Ichimujin Watanabedori Branch is located about a 6-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line. Nearby restaurants include Manu Coffee Haruyoshi Branch and Patisserie Georges Marceau Watanabedori Main Branch.
There is a paid parking lot in front of the store, so it is convenient to access by car.

The clean interior has spacious counters and tables, creating an atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in even if you're alone.

The unique thing about the store is the lights! They're shaped like ramen bowls, and are so playful you'll want to take photos!

You buy your meal tickets from a ticket machine outside the store (currently cash only). On the day I visited, there was already a line at 11:00, right after the store opened! This shows how popular it is.

We tried the recommended menu item, "All-pork bones included"!
The ever-popular dish is "Tonkotsu Ramen" (890 yen).
This time, I ordered the "All-pork bone" (1,300 yen), which is generously topped with roast pork, boiled egg, wood ear mushroom, and spring onion. I was excited from the moment it arrived at my table!

The soup is heated to 130°C in a pressure cooker to extract the flavor from the bone marrow. It is creamy and odorless, and even people who don't like pork bone soup say, "I can drink this!"
The noodles are homemade using domestic wheat. They are made fresh every morning and have a firm texture, which goes perfectly with the soup. The taste is very satisfying.

Full of Hakata flavor! "Mentaiko and pork bone all-inclusive" is also recommended
If you want to enjoy a taste unique to Fukuoka, we recommend the "Mentaiko Tonkotsu Zenppuiri" (1,380 yen). This is a masterpiece that adds the flavor of Spicy Fish Eggs to the special pork bone soup, and the special sauce enhances the umami.
The first bite is rich pork bone flavor, the second is the deliciousness of Spicy Fish Eggs... it's a luxurious bowl of ramen that changes its flavor with each bite.

Don't miss the side dishes!
There is also a wide selection of side dishes, with the most popular being the "Hakata Teppan Gyoza 14 pieces" (680 yen).

The gyoza dumplings, densely packed on the hot plate, are piping hot, fragrant, and have a slight sweetness. They are a must-order dish to accompany your ramen.

Furthermore, the "Mentaiko Tartar Chicken Nanban" (780 yen) is a fun dish where you cut the large chicken yourself with scissors! The generous amount of mentaiko tartar sauce is also delicious, and you won't be able to stop eating it.

All-you-can-eat Spicy Fish Eggs and mustard greens! Generous service with unlimited refills
Of course, the ramen and side dishes are great, but if you come here, you should definitely try Spicy Fish Eggs, which is delivered directly from Kaisen, a long-established restaurant in Munakata.
It's ready on the table, so you can add as much as you like. Not only is Spicy Fish Eggs cod roe) available, but you can also eat as much mustard greens as you like.

The crunchy Spicy Fish Eggs of mentaiko is delicious served on rice! Topping it on ramen adds a spicy kick to the richness of the soup.
What's more, you can also eat as many pickles as you like from the self-serve pickles next to the counter. Another "Ichimujin" way to enjoy the ramen is that there are other ways to enjoy it besides ramen!

This is recommended not only for tourists, but also for locals who want to enjoy Spicy Fish Eggs to their heart's content! (Text by Hakata Aya.)
