From Wednesday, September 3rd to Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, Freshness Burger locations nationwide will be selling two varieties of the popular autumn Mushroom Cheeseburger, along with the perfect Craft Apple Ginger Lemonade.

The star of the "Mushroom Cheeseburger" is fresh domestic mushrooms, which are in season from September to December. They are cut into large chunks and grilled in the store for 30 seconds, bringing out not only the flavor and aroma, but also the texture and juiciness. The more you chew, the more the mushroom flavor spreads, allowing you to taste it directly.

The thick, juicy premium beef patty is overflowing with juice and is extremely satisfying to eat. When layered with rich, melting red cheddar cheese, the ingredients blend together in your mouth, leaving you feeling extremely satisfied.

Furthermore, this year's key ingredient is a special sauce made with porcini mushrooms, a luxury Italian ingredient that is considered one of the world's three great mushrooms, and truffles, a symbol of French aroma. Combined with domestically-sourced fresh mushrooms, you can enjoy the marriage of mushrooms and luxurious mushroom sauce. The rich, deep aroma and flavor will elevate the taste of autumn.

An autumn classic! Now back for the seventh time in five years, our beloved porcini cream sauce has been revamped to be even more delicious. The rich, creamy flavor has been enhanced with the addition of white wine, making it even richer and more mellow. Chopped mushrooms have been added to the sauce to enhance the texture.

Mushroom cheeseburger with truffle demi-glace sauce (890 yen)

This is a new flavor for fall 2025. A rich demi-glace sauce made with red wine and spices, accented with the elegant aroma of truffles, allows you to enjoy the authentic taste of demi-glace sauce that rivals that of a restaurant.

Made with domestic apples! Limited-time "Craft Lemonade"

Fresh domestic apples, characterized by their crisp texture and juicy sweetness, are carefully cut in-store and slowly marinated in homemade ginger sauce and honey to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.

By combining it with lemon slices that have also been soaked in honey, you can enjoy the refreshing fruity sweetness and rich aroma of apple, the sourness of lemon, and the spicy kick of ginger.
