This time, we will introduce the Shine Muscat Sweets Fair at Kihachi Cafe, which also has stores in Fukuoka Mitsukoshi and Saint City in front of Kokura Station.

The Shine Muscat Sweets Fair will be held at Kihachi Cafe from Tuesday, September 2nd to Friday, October 31st, 2025.

Parfaits, pies, crepes, shortcakes and more will be available, and you can enjoy the refreshing sweetness and crispy texture of Shine Muscat grapes ♡

Introducing the fair menu!

Shine Muscat Parfait

The highlight of the fair is the "Shine Muscat Parfait" (1,870 yen), which is gorgeously decorated with two types of grapes.

It combines fresh Shine Muscat and La France gelato and mousse, and is layered with Shine Muscat jelly, raspberry jam, crumble, praline, vanilla gelato, and more.

KIHACHI Shine Muscat Pie

"KIHACHI's Shine Muscat Pie" (1,980 yen) is an addictive dish with the bursting sweetness and mellow aroma of Shine Muscat, refreshing sweetness and crispy pie crust. This is a limited edition item available from 2:00 PM.

Shine Muscat and Kyoho Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream

The "Shine Muscat and Kyoho Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream" (1,540 yen) is a homemade crepe baked with burnt butter, wrapped in crème chantilly. You can enjoy the two types of grapes together with the sweet and sour Kyoho sauce.

This will be on sale from Tuesday, September 2nd to Thursday, October 2nd, 2025.

Shine Muscat and Kyoho grape shortcake with vanilla ice cream

The "Shine Muscat and Kyoho Shortcake with Vanilla Ice Cream" (1,540 yen), available from Friday, October 3rd to Friday, October 31st, 2025, is a simple shortcake made with Shine Muscat and Kyoho grapes sandwiched between smooth fresh cream and fluffy sponge cake, and served with vanilla ice cream.

Seasonal Afternoon Tea Set

For those who want to enjoy multiple sweets, we recommend the "Seasonal Afternoon Tea Set" (2,980 yen), which allows you to taste seasonal sweets and KIHACHI's classic sweets all at once. It comes with coffee or tea and is available in limited quantities from 2:00 PM. No reservations are required and you can enjoy it even if you're alone.

The set includes a luxurious lineup of items, including a "Shine Muscat Mini Parfait," "Shine Muscat and Kyoho Pudding a la Mode," "Cheesecake with Shine Muscat," "Two Types of Cookies (Black Sesame and Vanilla)," "Shine Muscat and Kyoho Crepe," "La France Gelato," and "Shine Muscat Caprese."

There is also a special version, "KIHACHI's Pie Special" (3,890 yen), which instead of crepes and caprese, is a full-sized version of Kihachi's classic Napoleon pie, made with seasonal Shine Muscat grapes.
