Although the hot weather continues, September is just around the corner and autumn is fast approaching!

This time, we will introduce limited edition products using autumn flavors from a popular apple pie specialty store.

Limited-edition autumn pies available from September 1st! Freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store "RINGO" (Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)

RINGO is a shop specializing in freshly baked custard apple pies, and also has a store in the Tenjin Underground Mall in Fukuoka City's Chuo Ward. The shop has an integrated workshop, and you can purchase freshly baked apple pies in-store.

Starting Monday, September 1st, 2025, for three months, one-handed sweet pies using the three major autumn flavors of sweet potato, chestnut, and pumpkin will be available one after another.

The most popular flavor, "Sweet Potato Apple Pie," has been expanded to three different varieties. It uses a luxurious amount of carefully selected ingredients, including the richly sweet "Beni Tenshi," which is highly acclaimed by sweet potato fans.

Chestnuts are combined with roasted green tea to create a pie with a Japanese taste. The pie is made with pumpkin and custard cream made with cream cheese sour, resulting in a rich flavor.

When you warm it in the oven, the rich aroma of the fermented butter kneaded into the pie will further enhance the deliciousness of the potatoes, chestnuts, and pumpkin!

"Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie" uses three different types of sweet potatoes!

Three types of "Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie" have been released, each featuring the flavors of Naruto Kintoki, Purple Sweet Potato, and Beniteshi. They will be sold sequentially at permanent "RINGO" and "BAKE the SHOP" stores in Japan from Monday, September 1, 2025.

"Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Naruto Kintoki Daigakuimo" (530 yen) will be on sale from Monday, September 1st to Friday, October 31st, 2025.

RINGO's most popular original apple pie is made with candied apples and custard cream stuffed into a crispy pie crust, and is paired with Naruto Kintoki, a classic sweet potato.

The moderately sour candied apples further enhance the sweetness of the generously packed Naruto Kintoki sweets. Finished with a glossy, bittersweet caramel nappage and fragrant black sesame seeds, it looks and tastes just like candied sweet potatoes. This apple pie has a delightful soft and crispy texture.

From Wednesday, October 1st to Friday, October 31st, 2025, "Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Purple Sweet Potato" (530 yen) will be available.

The original apple pie is topped with a generous amount of moist purple sweet potato paste mixed with custard cream.

The sweet and sour taste of the candied apples, the rich milky custard cream, and the gentle sweetness of the purple sweet potato paste all match perfectly. The different sweetnesses blend gently together to create an elegant taste. You can also enjoy the contrast of the crispy and moist textures.

The final item, "Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Beni Tenshi Sweet Potato" (530 yen), will be on sale from November 1st (Sat) to November 30th (Sun) 2025.

A generous amount of sweet potato paste made with "Beni Tenshi," known for its rich sweetness and sticky texture, is squeezed on top of the original apple pie.

The sweet and sour candied apples, rich and milky custard cream, and sweet potato paste are perfectly combined. This apple pie has a delightful contrast between the rich dessert-like texture that clings to your tongue and the crispy and sticky texture.

Two limited-edition flavors of "Freshly Baked Open Pie" using chestnut and pumpkin will be available at all "RINGO" stores in Japan.

The "Freshly Baked Open Pie (Hojicha Mont Blanc)" (490 yen) will be on sale from Saturday, November 1st to Sunday, November 30th, 2025.

The crispy pie dough is made with 729 layers that are carefully folded and baked, and is filled with a generous amount of fragrant roasted green tea custard cream and chestnut paste, all made in-house. It is topped with glossy candied chestnuts with their skins on. Finishing touches of powdered sugar and roasted green tea powder enhance the aroma.

This is an elegant and luxurious Mont Blanc pie, where you can enjoy the aroma and flavor of autumn that deepens with each bite.

Freshly baked open pie (pumpkin)

From Wednesday, October 1st to Friday, October 31st, 2025, the "Freshly Baked Open Pie (Pumpkin)" (490 yen) will be available.

A light custard cream made with sour cream cheese is squeezed into a flaky pie crust, and a cute, round, dome-shaped pumpkin paste is placed on top. Garnished with a drizzle of chocolate and fragrant pumpkin seeds, it looks just as adorable.

The tartness of the cheese brings out the rich sweetness of the pumpkin, making this a pie that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients as they are.
