The cafe and restaurant "Green House" on the first floor will be hosting a selection of delicious dishes prepared by Japanese, Western and Chinese chefs, all of which have been carefully crafted for this evening!

The "Melon Shortcake" is made with a generous amount of carefully selected muskmelon with a sugar content of over 14 degrees. It is a masterpiece that exquisitely blends rich fresh cream from Omuta with a sponge cake baked with rich "Taiyo Eggs." It's a mini size, so you can enjoy it again and again.

They also have a freshly squeezed ice cream Mont Blanc, which is made by layering ice cream with chestnut cream squeezed into extremely thin strips just 1mm in diameter. The cream, which is full of air, melts softly in your mouth, creating a silky texture.
