"Obon de Gohan" opened on August 19, 2025, next to the information desk on the second floor of "MARK IS Fukuoka Momochi" in Jigyohama, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. This is the second store in Fukuoka, following the "KITTE Hakata Store" near Hakata Station.

"Obon de Gohan" is known for its handmade set meals that are carefully balanced in nutrition. While the menu includes classic dishes, it also features original Japanese dishes that have been carefully prepared with a little extra effort and ingenuity.
There is a wide variety of dishes available, including over 16 different set meals including meat, fish and teppanyaki dishes, as well as rice bowls, dashi chazuke and original udon noodles.

The set meal comes with a choice of white rice or five-grain hijiki rice. In addition to the main dish, it also comes with two side dishes, salad, pickles, and miso soup, making it perfectly balanced in terms of nutrition. You can have as much rice and miso soup as you like!

As the name "Miso Tartar" suggests, it's paired with a rare tartar sauce made with Saikyo white miso and pickled horse mackerel, which goes perfectly with the meat! It's a very filling meal, and the side dishes and salad provide plenty of vegetables, making it a very satisfying meal.
Next comes the "Salmon with Ginger Soy Sauce" (1,630 yen) served on a piping hot iron plate.
