This time we would like to introduce "Ichome Nankara Shokudo," a new restaurant located along Kokutai Road where you can enjoy filling set meals.

"Ichome Nankara Shokudo" is a new restaurant opening on August 7th, 2025! It is about a 6-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, and is located where "Kanda Tamagoken" used to be, and is marked by a yellow noren curtain.

You purchase your meal ticket using a touch panel ticket machine.

The interior of the store is deep, with plenty of counter seats. I saw a woman visiting alone and people who seemed to be tourists. The bright lighting and wide aisles make it a comfortable place.

Once you buy a meal ticket and sit down, all you have to do is wait for your food to be brought to you. It's a great way to eat quickly even during busy lunchtimes.

The specialty is the "Nankara Set Meal"! It's a luxurious meal that will make you want to eat more!

The signature dish, the "Famous Nankara Set Meal" (1,080 yen), is a luxurious set that, as the name suggests, allows you to enjoy both "Chicken Nanban" (= "nan") and "Fried Chicken" (= "kara") in one dish.

First up is the Chicken Nanban, which comes with two 60g pieces of chicken. The sweet and sour flavor and the mellow taste of the homemade tartar sauce fill your mouth, making it hard to stop eating.

There are also two 60g pieces of fried chicken. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and overflowing with meat juice. A dish that will make you want to eat more!

It comes with shredded cabbage, mizuna, potato salad, and more, making it very colorful.

Also, when you order a set meal, curry, or Neapolitan at this restaurant, you get a free raw egg!

The menu includes "Napolitan" alone, with a variety of side dishes such as fried chicken, chicken nanban, pork steak, and fried shrimp. The most popular is the "Hamburger Napolitan (large portion)" (1,280 yen + large portion 150 yen + salad 200 yen, total 1,630 yen), which is a cafe-style ketchup-scented Napolitan topped with a plump and juicy hamburger!

The sweet and sour flavor of the sauce mixed with the chewy pasta is exquisite, creating a nostalgic taste.

Another great thing is that they serve a free baguette! Eating the hamburger steak with the bread soaking up the juices is just so satisfying!
