This time, we will introduce a popular cafe run by a world-famous lifestyle brand located in ONE FUKUOKA BLDG. (commonly known as One Building), a landmark in Tenjin, Fukuoka.

Maison Kitsuné is a lifestyle brand based in Paris and Tokyo, known for its iconic fox logo.

Café Kitsuné is a cafe brand where you can experience the brand's worldview, and is gaining popularity both domestically and internationally in cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, Paris, and London.

Café Kitsuné Fukuoka, the first store in Kyushu, is an integrated store attached to the apparel shop Maison Kitsuné.

Since opening in April 2025, it has become a hugely popular spot in One Building.

The interior design of both stores is based on wood and copper, creating a unified feel, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that is modern yet exudes a warm Japanese atmosphere.

The restaurant is lined with table and counter seats, and the large windows let in plenty of soft natural light.

There is also a terrace seating area surrounded by greenery outside, where you can relax and enjoy a relaxing cafe time while taking in the city atmosphere.

Introducing the menu at "Café Kitsuné Fukuoka," featuring home-roasted coffee and limited edition sweets!

The drinks lineup is diverse, ranging from coffee and lattes made with home-roasted beans to seasonal drinks and beer.

The coffee beans are roasted at Café Kitsuné Okayama Roastery in Okayama City, and are characterized by a balanced acidity and bitterness that makes them easy to drink.

The barista adds latte art to the lattes, making them a feast for the eyes as well as the taste.

The food menu includes crispy croissants, the Fukuoka store's exclusive French Toast (from 1,600 yen), and gelato from Tokyo's popular Gelateria SINCERITA (700 yen/scoop, 900 yen/2 scoops).

The French toast flavors change with the seasons, and on the day there were two varieties available: "French Toast Strawberry" (1,600 yen) and "French Toast Matcha" (1,600 yen). However, it appears that they are currently offering the summer-only "French Toast Peach Yogurt" (1,600 yen).

In addition to the simple "Croissant" (600 yen), you can also choose from the seasonal "Croissant Sandwich" (from 850 yen) and "Croissant An Butter" (800 yen).

The counter is stocked with coffee beans, drip bags, and Kitsuné Sable, which comes in three varieties: butter, chocolate, and matcha (400 yen each).

They are perfect as souvenirs or small gifts, and are so cute you'll want to pick them up.

Enjoy the Fukuoka store's exclusive French toast and latte on the terrace!

On this day, I ordered "French Toast Strawberry," "Cafe Latte" (780 yen), and butter-flavored "Kitsuné Sable," and enjoyed them leisurely on the terrace.

The French toast is a dish made by carefully soaking a special brioche in an egg batter (egg mixture) containing maple syrup and then baking it until it is fluffy.

It has a moist texture and a rich, cake-like flavor.

"French Toast Strawberry" is a treat dessert that is "all about strawberries," with layers of strawberry deliciousness, including strawberry toppings, strawberry ice cream, and homemade chantilly cream with a hint of strawberry jam.

It is scheduled to reappear during strawberry season, so if you love strawberries, be sure to check it out.

The brand's iconic fox-shaped "Kitsuné Sable" can be hooked onto the edge of a mug, creating a visual that makes you want to take a photo.

The dough, which is kneaded with almond powder, has a crispy and fragrant texture with the rich flavor of fermented butter spreading throughout, making it a perfect match with the bittersweet latte.

The entrance is lined with items such as tumblers and bags that allow you to incorporate the world of Maison Kitsuné into your daily life.
