Enjoy peaches in luxury! The highlight of the fair is the "White Peach Parfait"

The highlight of the fair is the new "White Peach Parfait" (1,870 yen). This item is only available at six stores, and in Fukuoka it is being offered at "Fukuoka Mitsukoshi" and "Saint City".

This dish is made by cutting juicy white peaches into large pieces and combining them with a slightly sweet white peach mousse and white peach sauce. It is layered with refreshing lychee sorbet and lychee jelly that go well with the peaches, smooth creme chantilly, and crunchy crumble, allowing you to enjoy a variety of tastes and textures.

Crepes and peaches go perfectly together! "Peach Melba Crepes with Vanilla Ice Cream"

The "Peach Melba Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream" (1,540 yen) is a flavorful crepe baked with browned butter and filled with crème chantilly. The lightly marinated peaches, which allow you to enjoy the natural flavor of the fruit, are served with raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream for a delicious taste.

A twist on the classic Napoleon pie! "KIHACHI's White Peach Pie"

"KIHACHI's White Peach Pie" (1,760 yen), a variation of the classic Napoleon pie made with white peaches, is available in limited quantities from 2:00 p.m. It is carefully layered with juicy white peaches, flaky pie crust, smooth chantilly crème and diplomat cream.

Enjoy peach sweets and classic sweets at the same time! "Seasonal Afternoon Tea Set"

The "Seasonal Afternoon Tea Set" (2,980 yen), which allows you to enjoy seasonal sweets and Kihachi Cafe's standard sweets all at once, is also available in peach flavor! Available in limited quantities from 2:00 p.m., it comes with coffee or tea. No reservation is required and orders can be made for one person.

The menu includes a white peach mini parfait, white peach pudding a la mode, cheesecake with white peach, two types of cookies (black sesame and vanilla), peach melba crepe, peach gelato, and white peach caprese.

There is also a special version of the afternoon tea, "KIHACHI's Pie Special" (3,890 yen), where you can enjoy a full-sized "KIHACHI White Peach Pie" instead of the "Peach Melba Crepe" and "White Peach Caprese".
