Popular cafe and bistro "Soille" offers summer-only shaved ice! (Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka)

Soille opened in Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City in December 2024 and serves as a cafe during the day and a bistro at night. The restaurant is popular among women, as it serves delicious and beautiful food in a lovely interior.

Starting July 21, 2025, they will be serving summer-only shaved ice, which will be available only during cafe hours from 13:00 to 16:00.

Polar Bear Deluxe

"Shirokuma Deluxe" (1,300 yen, drink set 1,600 yen) is Soille's version of a polar bear made with condensed milk, whipped red bean paste, and topped with fruit.

The cake is packed with colorful fruits, including pineapple, orange, kiwi, pink grapefruit, mixed berries, and cherries, and is satisfying to look at and taste.

Chunky white peach milk

This is the "Chorotto White Peach Milk" (1,300 yen, drink set 1,600 yen) topped with chunks of white peach pulp.

A popular flavor with a gentle sweetness, it combines melting white peach sauce and condensed milk. The fruit aroma that permeates the fluffy ice will melt your heart.

Chunky mango milk

"Chunky Mango Milk" (1,300 yen, drink set 1,600 yen) is filled with plenty of ripe mango pulp and rich mango sauce.
