Hello. I'm Yuri and I love stylish cafes.

This time, we will introduce a noteworthy cafe located in Mugino, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City.

Opening in July 2025! A stylish cafe with the theme of "edible art": "SUI Coffee" (Mugino, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

SUI Coffee opened on July 20, 2025, on the first floor of HOTEL SUI the 3rd, a one-minute walk from Nishitetsu Zashonokuma Station.

This is a sister store of "Fuji Sabo SUI," a traditional Japanese cafe located in Kotobukicho, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City.

The interior of the store has a stylish atmosphere with exposed concrete.

Counter seats are equipped with power outlets and Wi-Fi is also available, making it convenient for work and other purposes.

This cafe also offers take-out.

Near the cash register, take-out items such as "Cream Puffs" (200 yen), "Pudding" (350 yen), and "Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc" (570 yen) are on sale. They also make great souvenirs.

Drinks include "Coffee" (418 yen), "Cafe Latte" (605 yen), "Cafe Mocha" (649 yen), "Matcha Latte" (605 yen), as well as "Mango Yogurt" (715 yen).

If you order takeout, your order will be placed in a stylish takeout carrier.

Great value morning menu

From 10:00 to 11:30, you can enjoy three types of breakfast: "Croissant Sandwich Plate" (759 yen), "French Toast Plate" (759 yen), and "Morning Set (Quiche)" (759 yen). All of them come with a choice of drink, which is great.

I think the combination of ham, scrambled eggs and croissants is a classic and a favorite of everyone.

Ham was also placed under the soft-boiled fried egg.

The yogurt topped with plenty of granola was also delicious with the natural sweetness of honey.

A stylish and gorgeous lunch plate that's practically a work of art

From 11:30 to 15:00, you can enjoy three types of "Lunch Plates" (1,078 yen to 1,408 yen) - grilled chicken, shrimp and avocado, and roast beef. They are characterized by their French-inspired presentation.

This is the "Roast Beef Rice Plate" (1,408 yen). Roast beef shaped like rose petals is placed on a base of five-grain rice, surrounded by salad. Edible flowers also add a nice colorful accent.

You'll be enchanted by the beautiful flower garden-like visuals.

The roast beef was tender and the generous portion was very satisfying!

Super cute sweets

In addition to the pastry chef's special "cakes" (from 203 yen each), there is also a wide variety of sweets, such as "Snow Gela" (539 yen), which is cold gelato wrapped in chewy gyuhi, and the "Bear Parfait" (869 yen), which is made with an emphasis on appearance.

This is the "Heart Soufflé Pancake" (649 yen). The fluffy, thick pancakes are heart-shaped. The butter on top is also heart-shaped, making it very cute.

The dough is not too sweet and very light, so you won't feel guilty about eating it.

The generous amount of fresh cream and tons of berries created an exquisite balance of sweetness and tartness.

We also recommend the "Kuma-chan Pudding" (495 yen), a soft and bouncy panna cotta.

The sweet strawberry sauce with plenty of pulp is also delicious.

My daughter was so impressed by how cute it was that she said, "It's a shame to eat it ♡," but she ate it all up in one go.

The food is delicious, the value for money is great, and the location is great. It has become one of my favorite restaurants.
