The hugely popular donut and bake shop has introduced a range of cool and refreshing sweet treats.

Popular donut shop releases summer-only sweets! "ON SUGAR" (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)

ON SUGAR is a popular shop that sells fluffy malasada doughnuts and baked goods. It has two branches in Fukuoka City's Chuo Ward, Yakuin and Fukuoka Mitsukoshi.

[Yakuin store only] Shaved ice "YUKI" series (eat-in only)

Available exclusively at the Yakuin store are three types of shaved ice made with different fruits depending on the season. These are "cool and rewarding sweets" made with fluffy ice topped with homemade sauce, fruit, and cream.

<Until August 1, 2025> MOMO YUKI (peach shaved ice)

"MOMO YUKI" (1,980 yen), which is currently available, will be available until Friday, August 1, 2025.

The ice is soaked in plenty of homemade peach jam and syrup, and there is melting cream hidden inside. On top is a whole peach filled with custard, giving you a luxurious feeling.

<August 2nd to 31st, 2025> MANGO YUKI (Mango Shaved Ice)

"MANGO YUKI" (1,780 yen) will be available from Saturday, August 2nd to Sunday, August 31st.

It is luxuriously layered with mango passion fruit sauce, fruit pulp, and cream. The rich sweetness and sourness are exquisite, and it is rich yet refreshing! It is the perfect flavor for a hot day.

<September 1st to 30th, 2025> YUKI BERRY (strawberry shaved ice)

"YUKI BERRY" (1,780 yen) will be on sale from September 1st (Monday) to 30th (Tuesday).

The sweet and sour strawberry sauce and jam slowly soak into the ice. It is made with two layers of strawberry cream and mascarpone, making it as luxurious as a rare cheesecake!

[Yakuin Store/Mitsukoshi Store] "Iced Affogato Donut"

You can enjoy the "Iced Affogato Donut" at both the Yakuin and Mitsukoshi stores (605 yen for eat-in, 594 yen for take-out). *The Mitsukoshi store is only available for take-out.

A masterpiece of cold vanilla ice cream topped with fluffy mini donuts and drizzled with thick coffee sauce.

The coffee sauce is made by Sumida Coffee in Tokyo. It is topped with four kinds of nuts - macadamia, almond, walnut, and pecan - and the balance of richness, bittersweetness, and coolness is addictive.

[EC exclusive] Home cafe sweets set

ON SUGAR's official online store is now offering frozen dessert kits that allow you to enjoy the flavors of the store at home.

The "Home Cafe Sweets: Mini Donut & Coffee Sauce Set" (2,500 yen, shipping fee extra) comes with two fluffy mini donuts (frozen) and a 200ml bottle of coffee sauce from Sumida Coffee in Tokyo.
