The food menu includes satisfying dishes such as "Itoshima Pork Steak Rice Bowl" (1,500 yen), "Spicy Kashmir Chicken Curry" (1,400 yen), and "Thick-Cut Grilled Itoshima Pork Steak" (2,900 yen/300g).

They also have a wide selection of pasta and pizza, with five different types of pasta that incorporate the flavors of Itoshima and Fukuoka, such as "Fukuoka Mentaiko and Shirasu Peperoncino" (1,300 yen) and "Raizan Egg and Smoked Bacon Carbonara Tagliatelle" (1,700 yen).

The carbonara is a luxurious dish that combines chewy tagliatelle with the rich flavor of Itoshima brand eggs and the richness of Grana Padano cheese.

The large chunks of bacon are very satisfying to eat, and the spicy black pepper adds an exquisite accent.
