In addition to the standard chewy dough, a new product has been introduced: a buttery Danish with a crunchy dough. Its light and crispy texture is a real attraction.
From the moment you hold it in your hand, you can feel its thickness and the fragrant aroma spreads, raising your expectations to the max!
"It's nice to be able to enjoy the different textures," says the many repeat customers.
Introducing the popular menu! Make your own dish with toppings
The most popular item on the menu is the "Creme Brulee Crepe" (650 yen), which 80% of customers order. Once the order is placed, the surface is caramelized over a burner, making it like a freshly baked pudding. The crispy surface and the creamy inside are a perfect match, making it a delicious treat!

The classic crepe dough is made with eggs, milk, and butter, giving it a chewy texture! The dough alone is also delicious.
The crunchy dough of this new product is a special Danish dough made using fermented butter from France, and the richness of the butter goes perfectly with the brulee!
Other flavors include "Frozen Strawberry" (650 yen *Photo shows additional ice cream for +100 yen),
