Garlic Lab Fukuoka opened on April 10, 2025, located about a 10-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and Tenjin Minami Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.
This restaurant has become a hot topic as it specializes in garlic dishes, using "sprout garlic" that is grown hydroponically without the use of pesticides and produced in-house in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
