[Tenjin/Hakata] A new menu item from a popular bakery! A selection of items using lemon and pineapple

The popular boulangerie "BOUL'ANGE" has 16 stores nationwide, including the "Fukuoka Daihakata Building Store" and the "Tenjin Underground Mall Store" in Fukuoka City.

This time, we will introduce the new summer fair menu!

Introducing a refreshing summer fair menu! Popular boulangerie "BOUL'ANGE"

Starting on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, BOUL'ANGE will be serving up a summer fair menu with a refreshing citrus scent!

We offer bread made with luxurious seasonal fruits such as lemon, yuzu, pineapple, and kiwi. The lineup is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Croissant d'Amande Yuzu (476 yen)

A new product that everyone is looking forward to! Fragrant homemade almond cream is squeezed out, baked, and coated with icing. The inside is filled with minced yuzu, giving it a deep flavor. The sweetness of the icing and the freshness of the yuzu are in perfect harmony.

Viennois Lemon Cream (357 yen)

The soft and moist dough is sandwiched with milk cream containing sweet and sour lemon curd and lemon slices soaked in syrup.

Lemon cream bread (389 yen)

This is a popular item among children, made by wrapping a special lemon custard inside a melon rind and baking it. The lemon slices soaked in syrup add an accent and make it look cute.

Lemon and honey campagne (465 yen)

Whole grated Setouchi lemons are mixed into the dough and baked, then topped with honey to finish.

Pineapple and kiwi campagne (540 yen)

A summer-only campagne with pineapple and kiwi fruit soaked in syrup kneaded into the dough. The chewy texture and juicy fruit spread throughout, making this a luxurious treat that is only available in summer.

Refreshing drinks perfect for summer will also be available. *Excluding Tenjin Underground Mall store, Kinshicho store, Shibuya Tokyu Food Show store, and Shinagawa Ecute store.

"Lemonade Tea Soda" is a refreshing carbonated drink made with Earl Grey tea, perfect for the summer. "Purple Lemonade" uses butterfly pea, and has a beautiful purple gradation that looks refreshing.

In addition, we will also be introducing appetizing, slightly spicy summer "side dish bread" that is perfect for lunch.

Some of the items on offer include the "Jalapeno and Chorizo Rustic" (292 yen, not available at some stores), which is made by mixing jalapeno, cheese, and chorizo into traditional dough, and the "Horse Mackerel Fried Burger" (627 yen), a sandwich of crispy fried horse mackerel, smoked daikon radish tartare, and shiso leaves.
