Blueberry Lab Nogata (Nogata City): A blueberry farm where you can compare 40 varieties

The blueberry picking season will start on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Blueberry Lab Nogata, a tourist farm located at the foot of Mount Fukuchi in Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

Reservations are required via the website and there is a one-hour time limit. You can freely compare the taste of all the ripe blueberries in the garden.

There is an explanation on how to pick the flowers at the beginning, so even beginners can feel at ease! The entire garden is covered with weed control sheets, so it is comfortable underfoot.

Over 400 blueberry trees of 40 carefully selected varieties are grown in the orchard. You can enjoy different flavors depending on the season, from juicy blueberries overflowing with juice to ones with a good balance of sweetness and sourness.
