"Mochurin" is a product that is made with the utmost attention to texture.
The deep-fried dough is made with a rich taste and is made from a carefully selected blend of domestically produced glutinous rice flour and rice flour. The surface of the deep-fried dough is coated with an original coating that was developed specifically for this purpose.
It has a unique softness when you hold it in your hand! The moment you take a bite, you can enjoy both the chewy and soft texture at the same time, creating a new, never-before-seen "chewy texture."
"Motchurin" product lineup: 4 types
Let's take a look at the product lineup! The toppings are made with Japanese ingredients that go well with the dough, such as kinako (roasted soybean flour), mitarashi (sweetened soy sauce), azuki beans, and warabimochi (bracken-starch mochi).
1: Mochirin Kinako
The first one is "Mochirin Kinako" (205 yen for takeout, 209 yen for eat-in).
This is a chewy dough dish sprinkled with kinako sugar. It's simple and delicious, and you can enjoy a new texture to your heart's content.
