[One Building] New release from the popular "Cafe Kitsune"! Three refreshing drinks (Tenjin, Fukuoka)

Cafe Kitsune is located in ONE FUKUOKA BLDG., a new Fukuoka attraction, and it's one that attracts the attention of fashionable people.

Here are some menu items you can't miss!

The first in Kyushu, the talk of the town! Cafe Kitsune on the second floor of One Building (Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City)

Cafe Kitsune is a specialty coffee cafe run by Maison Kitsune, a lifestyle brand based in Paris and Tokyo. Since opening its first store in Japan in Aoyama, Tokyo in 2013, the popular cafe has expanded to locations around the world, including Paris, Seoul, New York, Beijing, and Vancouver.

Cafe Kitsune Fukuoka will open in Kyushu for the first time on April 24th, 2025 on the second floor of ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.

The interior is in keeping with the neighboring Maison Kitsune, and the stylish space exudes a warm Japanese feel with a combination of wood and copper, allowing you to experience "Art de Vivre" (French for "art of living").

The terrace seats look like they'll be very pleasant in the coming season.

They offer a variety of carefully roasted coffee, drinks, and original sweets, but the Fukuoka store exclusive menu items "French Toast (Strawberry)" (1,600 yen) and "French Toast (Matcha)" (1,800 yen) are particularly noteworthy.

The fluffy and rich dough is soaked in maple syrup batter, topped with a generous amount of homemade Chantilly cream and ice cream, and topped with a chocolate fox. It's a dish that is both delicious and visually appealing.

Summer limited menu available from June 2nd! Three refreshing carbonated drinks

Starting Monday, June 2, 2025, Cafe Kitsune will be serving a limited-edition summer menu.

We have a lineup of three refreshing carbonated drinks that will blow away the humidity and heat of the rainy season. All are cold only, 900 yen for eat-in and 800 yen for take-out.

BLUEBERRY ELDER FLOWER FIZZ

A carbonated drink made with elderflower syrup, which has a refreshing and sweet aroma like muscat grapes, and rich blueberry syrup. With the addition of lemon, which goes perfectly with blueberries, you can enjoy a refreshing feeling.

PASSION MANGO FIZZ

A summery carbonated drink made with passion fruit and mango. The passion fruit sauce contains seeds and is accented with orange flower syrup, giving it a rich texture and aroma.

YUZU PEACH FIZZ

This carbonated drink is made by combining yuzu syrup with pulp and peach syrup, with the yuzu juice accentuating its unique bittersweet and sour taste. The faint aroma of peach after the yuzu gives it a fruity feel.
