So soft they almost crumble! The extremely popular fresh donut specialty store from Hokkaido, "MILK DO dore iku?" Yume Mart Nagainumaru Store" (Yae, Yahata Ward, Kitakyushu City)

"MILK DO dore iku?" is a freshly made donut specialty store that opened its first store in Sapporo in February 2023.

The dough is made from Tokachi wheat flour, eggs, and butter, then deep fried at high temperature and filled with plenty of cream. There are various flavors, but the base cream is made from pasteurized milk delivered directly from a Hokkaido farm, which is rich and sweet and contains no preservatives.

The donuts are so soft that they almost crumble when you hold them in your hand. The outside is crispy, but the inside is moist and smooth, and melts in your mouth. It has a texture that is almost like that of freshly made donuts.

In April 2024, the first store in Western Japan, Meinohama Store (Meinohama, Nishi Ward, Fukuoka City), opened and became so popular that people lined up to get in. In November 2024, the Shingu Store opened in Kasuya County.

There are about 10 different flavors to enjoy, including "Mixed Sugar" (290 yen), "Earl Grey" (330 yen), "Homemade Tiramisu" (360 yen), "Milk de Glaze" (360 yen), "Happy Bean Butter" (360 yen), "Pistachio" (460 yen), and seasonal items.

The highlight is the "Mango Yogurt" (380 yen), available only at the "Yume Mart Naganuma Store." This dish is a blend of Hokkaido fresh cream and yogurt with fruity mango sauce. The rich flavor and gentle sweetness of the mango blend together to create a luxurious taste that will fill your mouth.
