This time, we will introduce you to a cake shop in Tokuriki, Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu City that is worth the trip!

You'll definitely be coming back! Cake Famille, a small cake shop that stands out for its commitment to quality ingredients (Tokuriki, Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu City)

Cake Famille is a take-out specialty shop located a four-minute walk from Tokurikikodanmae Station on the Kitakyushu Monorail and opposite Helloday Tokuriki Main Store.

It's a small shop that is made and sold by one owner on weekdays and by two others on weekends, but it's extremely popular. The sweetness comes from carefully selected ingredients, and the product has received positive reviews from customers for its beautiful appearance.

The inside of the store has a sweet, lovely aroma ♡ It has a stylish atmosphere with a white motif.

Right next to the entrance are rows of baked goods such as cookies and galettes.

The showcase is lined with beautiful cakes that look like jewels. There are about 10 types, including standard and seasonal cakes, and they all look delicious, so it's hard to choose.

There are days when a line forms before the store opens, and sometimes the items sell out by mid-afternoon.

The most popular item is the classic "Strawberry Shortcake" (600 yen). Unfortunately, it was already sold out on the day I visited.

Seasonal cakes are also available from time to time, so you can enjoy them any time you visit.

Cheesecake

A simple baked "Cheesecake" (588 yen).

It is made using Kiri cream cheese from France and Gouda cheese from the Netherlands, and is fragrant and very rich!

The cookie dough underneath is also homemade, and has an irresistible crunchy texture.

Fraise Pistachio

The glossy and beautiful "Fraise Pistachio" (620 yen).

The fragrant pistachio, bittersweet caramel, and sweet and sour strawberry are a perfect match! It has a complex structure, yet a delicate flavor, and I was impressed by how delicious it was.

Rare cheese

The stylish "Rare Cheese" (558 yen) stands out for its striking whiteness. It is made with plenty of Kiri cream cheese from France and sour cream from Kyushu.

Very refreshing and elegant taste.

The apricot jelly with fruit in between goes really well with the rare cheesecake, and the white chocolate topping adds a nice accent.

Pudding

A luxurious "Pudding" (448 yen) topped with plenty of cream. It is made with Kyushu milk, Hokkaido fresh cream, and domestic cane sugar.

It's finely textured and smooth to the touch. It's packed with vanilla beans, and the sweet vanilla aroma is irresistible.

The cream on top was light and creamy. It matched perfectly with the pudding, which had just the right amount of sweetness, and was delicious. It's a must-try item if you come here.

You can also order a whole cake if you make a reservation at least three days in advance.
