Freshness Burger is renowned for the deliciousness of its luxurious, authentic hamburgers, which are carefully handmade.
A limited-time menu called "Coriander Asian Fair" will be available from Wednesday, April 16, 2025! The lineup is full of Asian flavors that are perfect for pairing, including two types of chicken burgers inspired by "banh mi" and "green curry" that will delight "cilantro lovers," dipped potatoes made with Asian herbs, and drinks made with lime and mango.

A spicy burger with lots of coriander!
During this period, we will be serving the "Coriander Chicken Burger - Banh Mi" and "Coriander Chicken Burger - Green Curry"!
Cilantro Chicken Burger Banh Mi
First up is the "Coriander Chicken Burger Banh Mi," a hamburger version of the Vietnamese national sandwich "Banh Mi." The juicy, crispy chicken is battered and deep-fried in-store, and topped with rich, flavorful liver paste and a refreshingly sour marinade of pickled vegetables and purple cabbage.
Using five-spice powder, which has a slightly sweet and spicy aroma, and fish sauce, we have recreated a taste that is close to the authentic one.

You can choose from the beginner-friendly "1x Coriander" (690 yen), the classic "3x Coriander" (790 yen) for coriander lovers, the "5x Coriander" (890 yen) that is said to be for "devotees," and "Change to Leaf Lettuce" (690 yen).
This dish will make you feel as if you have been transported to a Vietnamese food stall!
Cilantro Chicken Burger Green Curry
Next up is the popular "Coriander Chicken Burger Green Curry", which has been available for four years in a row!
Juicy and crispy fried chicken cooked in-house, topped with green curry sauce, fried eggplant, tomato, and sliced onion.
The green curry sauce has the mellow richness of coconut milk, but also the authentic spiciness of the sharp green chili peppers!

You can also choose from "1x coriander" (690 yen), "3x coriander" (790 yen), "5x coriander" (890 yen), or "Change to leaf lettuce" (690 yen).
Asian Herb Dip Potatoes
For the side menu, try the "Asian Herb Dipped Potatoes" (390 yen). *Only Hokkaido-produced French Fries R *Available for an additional 50 yen on top of the regular or premium set
The new special dipping sauce uses two Asian herbs commonly used in Southeast Asia, "Bai Makru (kaffir lime leaves)" and "Lemongrass." The refreshing citrus aroma and exotic flavor fill your mouth.
Enjoy it as a dip into freshly fried, fluffy French fries from Tokachi, Hokkaido!

The ever-popular drink "Frozen Fruit Lemonade Soda" series
The refreshing "Frozen Fruit Lemonade Soda," perfect for the upcoming season, will also be available in a special flavor for a limited time from Wednesday, April 16th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025!
There are two types of carbonated drinks with chunks of fruit: "Frozen Lime Peach Lemonade Soda" (Grande size 540 yen) and "Frozen Mango Kiwi Lemonade Soda" (Grande size 540 yen). *Either can be selected for an additional 100 yen with the Premium Set.

This drink uses no ice whatsoever, but rather chunks of frozen fruit, making for a very impressive drink! It's a new sensation drink that you can gulp down on a hot day, and then finish off by eating all the fruit.
"Frozen Lime Peach Lemonade Soda" is a combination of half a frozen lime and peach syrup. If you crush the lime as it melts, you can enjoy a fresher sour taste.
"Frozen Mango Kiwi Lemonade Soda" is a drink that combines frozen mango and kiwi syrup. You can enjoy the mango either by mashing it or by eating it with the included fork.
In Fukuoka prefecture, Freshness Burger has six stores in Fukuoka city (Nagazumi, Nishijin, Fukuoka Airport store (within the restricted area), Bayside Place Hakata store, Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi, Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka store) and one store in Kitakyushu city (Riverwalk Kitakyushu).
