[Itoshima Lunch] All-you-can-eat bread or rice and salad! A stylish cafe with delicious meat
Hello. I'm Yuri and I love going out with my kids.
This time, we will introduce a cafe in Itoshima City that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from children to adults.
Very popular with families! A stylish cafe where you can relax and feel the nature "Glow Well Cafe" (Itoshima City)
Glow Well Cafe is located near Itoshima City Kaya Elementary School, about a 10-minute drive from JR Chikuzen-Maebaru Station. There is a large parking lot, so it is convenient to go by car.
It has a reputation for serving healthy dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, such as fresh vegetables from Itoshima and its own brand of pork, "Osatsu Pork," and is bustling with customers every day.
The restaurant has a great sense of openness. There are about 60 tables and seats. The view of the greenery from the large windows is soothing and relaxing.

You can enter the store with your stroller. Chairs for children are also available, so even those with small children can feel safe using the store.

There is a swing outside the shop, which my daughters enjoyed. Dogs are also welcome on the terrace.
It fills up quickly, especially on weekends, so we recommend making a reservation.
The "Osatsu Pork" used in many of the menu items at "Glow Well Cafe" is an original brand of pork raised in a relaxed atmosphere on their own farm in the mountains of Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Raised on feed containing sweet potatoes, the pork is characterized by its tender meat, slightly sweet fat, and refined flavor without any unpleasant odor. As they carry out everything in-house, from feed production to pig farming, butchering, and meat processing, they are able to provide high-quality meat at reasonable prices.

7 dishes for 2,200 yen per person! Special lunch with salad, drink, rice or bread and all-you-can-eat and drink
What we would like to introduce this time is the "Glow Well Special Lunch" (2,200 yen).
This great-value lunch course includes seven dishes: a main dish, appetizer, soup, salad bar, drink bar, rice or bread, and dessert.
For the main dish, you can choose from five options: [Premium Loin Steak], [Premium Loin Cutlet], [Pork Shank Stewed in Tomato Sauce], [Grilled with Whole Grain Mustard], and [Braised Cheese Hamburger]. All of the dishes use [Osatsu Pork].

You can have as much rice or bread as you want, and the all-you-can-eat salad and all-you-can-drink drinks are a great deal!
You can also change your dessert to a tart for an additional 300 yen.

This hearty pork steak directly conveys the appeal of "Osatsu Pork", and is soft with a subtle sweetness, going well with the Japonaise sauce.

Hamburgers made from 100% pork are softer, plump and lighter than beef ones, making them perfect for stews.

You can enjoy a variety of flavors, including yuzu non-oil, corn, homemade sesame, homemade soy milk, homemade Japonaise, and homemade green onion.

The corn dressing in particular is creamy and just the right amount of sweet, so I highly recommend it. I was so hooked that I kept having it on repeat for the rest of the meal (laughs).

For dessert, we changed both to tarts for an additional 300 yen, which was a great decision!
You can choose from six seasonal tarts, choosing "Strawberry Tart" and "Chocolate Banana."

It's piled high with so much fruit it looks like it's about to spill out, and the crunchiness of the tart is perfectly balanced! It was so delicious that it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it another specialty of Growel Cafe.

"Osatsu Pork" is also available for takeaway. "Pork Loin Steak" (2 slices/620 yen), "Prosciutto" (500g/2,800 yen), and other items are vacuum-packed and lined up (frozen).

They also have processed foods such as "Additive-free Wieners" (6 pieces/330 yen) and "Roast Pork" (100g/450 yen), so you can enjoy the deliciousness to the fullest.
