"Nikujiru Gyoza Seisakusho Gyoza no Katchan Fukuoka Tenjin Branch" is located on the second floor of a building along Tenjin Nishi-dori Street, about a five-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Subway Kuko Line.

『肉汁餃子製作所 餃子のかっちゃん』は餃子をメインに多彩なメニューが楽しめる全国展開の居酒屋で、福岡天神店は2023年6月にオープン。福岡県内はほかに、中洲店、大橋店、親不孝通り店、博多店、福岡西新店があります。

The interior of the restaurant is decorated with lanterns from the ceiling, giving it a retro izakaya-like atmosphere. It's a fun space where you can have fun with small or large groups. The seats are separated by frosted glass and wooden boards, but you can also have them connected.

In addition to the standard "Kacchan Gyoza" (219 yen for 3 pieces / 418 yen for 6 pieces / 660 yen for 10 pieces), there are many variations such as "Salted Gyoza with Green Onions" (308 yen for 3 pieces / 550 yen for 6 pieces / 770 yen for 10 pieces), "Cheese Gyoza" (329 yen for 3 pieces / 528 yen for 6 pieces / 770 yen for 10 pieces), "Meat Juice Gyoza" (329 yen for 3 pieces / 638 yen for 6 pieces / 913 yen for 10 pieces), etc. Not only that, there are also gyoza other than the grilled menu such as "Boiled Gyoza" (264 yen for 3 pieces / 528 yen for 6 pieces / 748 yen for 10 pieces) and "Fried Gyoza" (264 yen for 3 pieces / 528 yen for 6 pieces / 748 yen for 10 pieces)!

You can order as little as three pieces, so you can enjoy a variety of different types! All the gyoza are chewy and packed with plenty of filling.
My favorite is the "Cheese Gyoza"! The combination of the rich cheese and the chewy gyoza was amazing!

The "Hormone Stamina Stir-Fry" (638 yen) is made with plump horumon and plenty of vegetables thoroughly coated in sauce, making it a great pairing with rice and alcohol.

"Gizzard shad with garlic, butter and soy sauce" (638 yen) has a rich garlic butter aroma that will whet your appetite.

"Kacchan's Mapo Tofu" (638 yen) is a hearty dish that overflows from the plate! The chunky meat makes it a very satisfying dish.

The staff recommends the "Potato Salad with Warm Egg" (462 yen), which you can eat by crumbling the warm egg and mixing it in.

The richly flavored fried rice (748 yen) is also recommended as a final dish.

The final dish menu also included some unique ochazuke dishes such as "Ochazuke (octopus, wasabi, boiled dumplings)" (528 yen each)!
Another noteworthy final dish is the new menu item "So Ramen" (638 yen), which is served in ice water.
