Strawberry season is in full swing!
This time we will introduce "Strawberry Obsession," a strawberry dessert buffet at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka that will be held for four days only.
The event will begin on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 (a national holiday), but reservations are already being accepted on the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka official website.

"Strawberry Obsession" will be available for four days only from Thursday, March 20th (national holiday) to Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka's 1st floor restaurant, "The Market F."
This is the strawberry dessert buffet at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, which will be held for the first time in five years.

Hours are 15:30-17:00 (last order 16:45), and prices are 5,000 yen for adults (13 years and older) and 2,500 yen for those under 12 years old. *15% service charge is charged separately.
You can enjoy as many of the 27 types of sweets made with plenty of strawberries as you like, as well as six types of light meals, including salads with strawberry dressing.

There's a lineup that will make you want to try everything, but the highlight is the "Amaou and White Strawberry Parfait," which is served to each person one plate at a time! This is the chef's recommended dish, which consists of cranberry jelly, strawberry compote, rosemary crumble cookies, and pistachio ice cream topped with Amaou, white strawberries, and candy sculptures.

The session will be two hours long, with the first session starting at 14:30 and the second session starting at 17:30.
From the welcome drink to the savory dishes, desserts and scones, the menu is all about strawberries, with an abundance of "Amaou" strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture and "Ichigosan" strawberries from Saga Prefecture.
