This time, we will introduce a hamburger specialty restaurant in Munakata City.

The only place in Fukuoka! The popular hamburger specialty store nationwide, "Torakeru Hamburger Fukuyoshi Fukuoka Munakata Branch" (Munakata City)

"Melting Hamburger Fukuyoshi Fukuoka Munakata Branch" is located about 5 minutes by car from JR Akamaga Station.

It is located along Prefectural Route 503 and has a large parking lot, so it is convenient to go by car.

"Torokeru Hamburger Fukuyoshi" is known for its high-quality hamburger steaks that have a melting texture and soft meat quality, and that capture the flavor of Japanese beef, using Chateaubriand, the highest quality cut of beef. The main store is in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and it is a popular hamburger steak specialty store with over 20 stores in Japan and overseas.

By the way, this Fukuoka Munakata store is the only one of its kind in Fukuoka Prefecture, and it opened in May 2024.

The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere and is clean.

A wide variety of hamburger menu items for both lunch and dinner!

The hamburger steaks at this restaurant are made from 100% domestic beef, with no additives, and have a melt-in-the-mouth texture. They are served completely undercooked, so you can finish cooking them yourself on the mini hot plate in front of you.

Looking at the menu, there is a wide variety of hamburgers, such as the "Melting Hamburger Set Meal" (from 1,840 yen), "Melting Cheese Hamburger Set Meal" (from 2,040 yen), "Melting Egg Hamburger Set Meal" (from 2,040 yen), "Melting Avocado Hamburger Set Meal" (from 2,040 yen), "Melting Bacon Hamburger Set Meal" (from 2,040 yen), "Melting Bacon and Egg Hamburger Set Meal" (from 2,240 yen), "Melting Hamburger and Sausage Set Meal" (from 2,240 yen), and "Melting Hamburger and Fried Shrimp Set Meal" (from 2,130 yen).

The hamburger steak is available in three sizes: S (150g), M (200g), L (250g), and LL (300g). The set meal comes with rice, soup, salad, and pickles.

The same menu can be ordered all day for lunch and dinner, with the exception of the "Melting Hamburger Steak Set" (from 1,620 yen) which is only available during weekday lunches (11am-4pm) and at the Fukuoka Munakata store.

This price is not to be missed, as it comes with salad, soup, rice, pickles and oolong tea.

Ordering is done via a self-ordering system using smartphones.

This time, I ordered the limited-time "Melting Hamburger Sukiyaki Set" (1,980 yen), which comes with rice, soup, and egg.

Sukiyaki hamburger steak - something you've never seen before. A novel style of 100% beef hamburger steak simmered in a sauce.

This hamburger steak is also served slightly undercooked, but because it is continuously heated using solid fuel, it can be eaten at the perfect time when it is thoroughly cooked through.

The rich sauce seeps into the meat, making for a hamburger steak that literally melts in your mouth.

Unlike the meaty taste of meat grilled on a hot plate, it has a soft and fluffy texture.

Dip it in a generous amount of beaten egg and enjoy! You'll experience bliss. The flavors of other ingredients such as tofu, green onions, mushrooms, and shirataki noodles also soak into the ramen, making it delicious!

The broth is infused with the delicious flavor of the meat, so it would be a shame to leave it as is.

You can finish off your meal with "Udon" (170 yen), but I personally recommend mixing it with an egg and pouring it over rice. You can also have as much rice as you like, so make sure to enjoy it to the fullest.

The soup that comes with the set is surprisingly Chinese style.

The fluffy eggs have a gentle flavor, but the spiciness of the black pepper tightens up the overall taste. You can have as many refills as you like♪
