This time, we will introduce you to a new and unique menu item at a hamburger restaurant located in Haruyoshi, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.

Opening in August 2024! "MOUMOKK Burger" - a fun customizable burger restaurant (Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka)

MOUMOKK Burger is located about a 4-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.

It opened in August 2024 on the second floor of the building called "Panorama Square Hakata."

This hamburger specialty store rents space from the bar "BILLY." and is open only from 11:00 to 18:00.

In addition to the three standard types of burgers available, "Fried Burger" (1,320 yen), "Hamburger" (1,100 yen), and "Teriyaki Burger" (1,210 yen), they also sell a monthly special burger.

All burgers come with fries, or you can change them to nuggets for an additional 100 yen.

What we would like to introduce this time is their signature dish, the "Fried Burger" (limited quantity). The buns are actually deep fried.
*The buns for the "Hamburger" and "Teriyaki Burger" are not fried.

The dough is sourced from France-kan, a bakery in Sawara Ward, Fukuoka City, and is shaped, fermented, and fried in-store.

The crispy exterior and chewy interior create an interesting texture!

It's easier to understand if you imagine curry bread.

Sandwiched between the two is a super thick patty made from 100% coarsely ground beef.

The flavor of the meat is packed into the meat, and you'll definitely be pumping your fist the moment you bite into it.

The original sauce and mayonnaise are also delicious.

This time, we left it up to the staff to choose our toppings and make it for us.
