"Soille" will open tomorrow, Sunday, December 15, 2024, in Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City.

This restaurant has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in. It functions as a cafe during the day and a bistro in the evening.
The interior of the restaurant is casual yet sophisticated, with seating for adults, with 14 tables, 12 big tables, and 6 stands.

We will be introducing a menu that changes every hour.
Plate menus and sweets are available at lunchtime! Takeout is also available.
Lunchtime is from 11:00 to 15:00. In addition to great value lunch plates, you can enjoy sweets and coffee. Takeout is also available.

In the evening, it becomes a bistro where you can enjoy Italian cuisine supervised by a popular restaurant!
From 18:00 to 23:00 it is night time, when the interior of the restaurant changes from a cafe to a bistro, where you can enjoy wine, cocktails and carefully selected dishes.

The menu includes a variety of bistro dishes supervised by Akasaka's popular Italian restaurant, "Dot three."
The extensive lineup includes "Eel Open Cheese Omelette," "Fried Corn with Truffles," "Oyster and Clam Cream Pasta," and "Amaou Tomato Burrata Caprese"! They all look delicious.
There is also an extensive drink menu, including wines that go perfectly with bistro cuisine. Why not try pairing delicious food with wine?
