[Opening December 2nd] Sushi and tempura! Over 80 types of all-you-can-eat "Sushiya Hare no Hi KITTE Hakata" (Hakata Station Central Street, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

"Sushiya Hare no Hi" will open on the 10th floor of "KITTE Hakata" tomorrow, Monday, December 2, 2024. This is the first Kyushu store operated by Daiichi Kosho!

The signature menu item is the all-you-can-eat buffet, which includes over 40 types of sushi and over 80 types of side dishes, including crispy tempura.

There are a total of 76 seats. All seats are private, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about others. There are a variety of private rooms, each with its own atmosphere, perfect for business meetings or dates.

Sushi Ya Hare no Hi uses carefully selected ingredients, such as southern bluefin tuna and raw salmon, procured with the cooperation of Toyosu brokers, and then cooks and serves them using the skills of a master chef.

From 15:00 onwards, you can enjoy their proud flavours to your heart's content with the "Over 80 Variety All-You-Can-Eat Plan" (120 minutes, 4,389 yen for men, 4,169 yen for women, 2,194 yen for elementary school students, free for children under elementary school age).

The "Premium Set" (1,100 yen) is available only to those who order the "Over 80 Types All-You-Can-Eat Plan" and is a menu exclusive to the "KITTE Hakata Store." You can enjoy a luxurious menu of "Kaiyumi Amberjack Nigiri," "Raw Abalone Nigiri," "Jumbo Head-On Shrimp Nigiri Prepared in-Store," "Ikura Gunkan," "Live-Cut Boiled Conger Eel Nigiri," and "Sea Urchin Gunkan," which are not included in the all-you-can-eat plan.

To the "All-you-can-eat plan with over 80 varieties," you can also add the "Soft drink all-you-can-drink plan" (759 yen, free for children under elementary school age), which allows you to drink all you want for two hours, or the "Standard all-you-can-drink plan" (1,650 yen) or "Premium all-you-can-drink plan" (2,200 yen).

In addition to the all-you-can-eat option, you can order sushi starting from just one piece, and there is also a wide variety of a la carte dishes available, such as the "Nigiri Set for One Person with Miso Soup (9 pieces, roll)" (1,419 yen) and the "Tempura Assortment" (979 yen).

Lunch is also available from 11:00 to 15:00 (last order 14:30). In addition to nigiri such as the "Nigiri 1 portion with miso soup (9 pieces, roll)" (1,190 yen) shown in the photo, there are also rice bowls such as "Seafood Bara Chirashi Rice Bowl" (1,090 yen) and "Sushiya Tendon" (1,090 yen).
