"GOOD MARKET KYUSHU" will open in the common area on the 2nd floor of Center Walk for a limited time from Sunday, December 1st, 2024 to Saturday, May 31st, 2025 (planned).

This is a select shop specializing in attractive food products from Kyushu, a treasure trove of food.

The products on display here are masterpieces and locally loved items made by ambitious producers from all over Kyushu, selected by professionals who are well-versed in Kyushu's food products after visiting the area.

■ "Miyazaki Fruit Butter" packed with the deliciousness of Miyazaki / Kateri

"Miyazaki Fruit Butter (Mango/Hyuga Natsu/Strawberry)" (150g each, 1,080 yen) made by "Kate-ri," a popular butter sandwich specialty store in Shiiba Village, northern Miyazaki Prefecture.

Using the recipe of "Miyazaki Butter Sandwich," which sells 150,000 pieces a year, Takachiho butter, which is made by fermenting and aging fresh cream for 36 hours, and fruits from Miyazaki Prefecture are used generously. You can enjoy the harmony of the vivid flavor of the original fruit, which is brought out by low-temperature vacuum cooking, and the smooth butter.

■Tradition and innovation! A new popped rice snack "PON" made by a long-established rice shop / Kurizaki Rice

Kurizaki Rice, a long-established rice store founded 127 years ago, is proposing a new generation of popped rice snacks: PON EARL GRAY + ORANGE PEEL (75g each, 650 yen).

Using rice from Kumamoto Prefecture carefully selected by professionals, we have created a completely new sweet treat that maintains its traditional texture. The classic salted caramel flavor is made with sun-dried salt from Tsujishima Island in Amakusa. The delicate harmony of the fragrant sweetness of the caramel and the salt that spreads after the light and crispy texture is a new experience that will captivate any sweets lover.

■The lion dance of Karatsu, the supreme domestic spice "Akashishi, Aojishi, Shippomaru" / Clavel Japan

A farming family in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, who have been honing their skills for 70 years and three generations, has created three highly fragrant and exquisite spices, "Akashishi, Aojishi, and Shippomaru," made from rare domestic chili peppers grown in the salty sea breeze of Genkai and the fertile soil of the area (10g each, Akashishi and Aojishi 540 yen, Shippomaru 648 yen).

"Aojishi" has a refreshing spiciness and a refreshing aroma, "Akashishi" has a permeating spiciness, and "Shippomaru" is a shichimi pepper made with carefully selected ingredients from Karatsu and the traditional citrus fruit "Genkou." Just a small amount can change the flavor of a dish.
