This time, we will introduce a kitchen car where you can enjoy authentic galettes.

"LA GALETTE FIESTA" is a food truck that serves carefully made galettes by a chef who trained in France.

"LA GALETTE FIESTA" is a food truck where you can enjoy galettes made from 100% buckwheat flour, created by the owner who trained in France.

We have stores mainly in the Tenjin area of Fukuoka City (Tenjin CLASS parking lot / Lamplight Books Hotel Fukuoka), as well as at Fukuoka University (Jonan-ku, Fukuoka City), ABURAYAMA FUKUOKA (Minami-ku, Fukuoka City), and Kinki University Fukuoka Campus (Iizuka City).

I went on the day they had a stall in the parking lot of Tenjin CLASS (1-19-22 Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka), a building that also houses Sony Store Fukuoka Tenjin and green bean to bar CHOCOLATE Fukuoka.

Take-out is the norm, but you can also sit and eat on the benches provided in front of the store.

There are currently six types of galettes.

They sell "Bacon Potatoes" (700 yen), "Chicken with Tomato Sauce" (700 yen), "Duck Pepper" (500 yen), "Duck Pepper Salad" (700 yen), "Sausage" (500 yen), and "Sardine Lemon Salad" (700 yen). All of them are reasonably priced!

On this day, I had "Bacon Potatoes" and "Chicken Tomato Sauce".

It's unique in that it's folded like a crepe.

Each one is carefully made after an order is placed, but because buckwheat flour is less stretchy than wheat flour, it takes skill to bake it thinly and fold it.

It's also fun to be able to see the craftsmanship up close.

"Bacon Potato" contains thick-cut bacon, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.

Both have a crispy yet chewy texture that is irresistible! The aroma of freshly baked bread will whet your appetite even more.

"Bacon Potatoes" is a delicious combination of bacon and potatoes! It's no wonder it's the most popular. It's a taste that is sure to satisfy everyone, from adults to children.

The "Chicken Tomato Sauce" was an exquisite combination of tender chicken and pizza-like ingredients.
