The thick, bubbling soup is addictive! "Kasuga Branch Exclusive Tsukemen" from the ramen shop with a long line (Fukuoka)
Hello! I'm Trip Camera and I love going out with my camera.
This time, we will introduce the limited menu of the Kasuga branch of Hakata Kumachan Ramen, which is popular for its rich, creamy pork bone ramen.
Look for the bear curtain! Limited menu at "Hakuku Kumachan Ramen Kasuga Branch" (Kasuga City)
Hakata Macchan Ramen Kasuga branch is located in Wakabadai-nishi, Kasuga city, a 15-minute walk from JR Kasuga station.
"Hakuta Kumachan Ramen" originally operated as "Aburayama Tonkotsu Laboratory Kumachan Ramen" in Jonan Ward, Fukuoka City, but moved to Daimyo, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City in 2018 (still operating as the Daimyo main store). The "Kasuga store" introduced here opened in 2021.
Facing Prefectural Route 31, there is a free parking lot next to the store that can accommodate about three cars. However, it fills up quickly during meal times, so at that time you will need to use the affiliated paid parking lot next door on the opposite side of the store.
The striking white and red exterior.

The noren curtain with a bear design is also cute!

The store is open in two shifts: 11:00-15:15 and 17:00-20:45. When the store opens, it fills up with customers waiting to enter, so you have to write your name on the reception list and wait.
Following the staff's instructions, we purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine just inside the restaurant. Payment is by cash only.
*The prices in the photos and articles are current as of December 3, 2024. There are plans for product prices to increase within the year.

There are counter seats and sunken kotatsu seats.

There are two menu items exclusive to the Kasuga store: "Clear Tonkotsu" (730 yen) and "Rich Tsukemen" (950 yen).

Must-try! "Rich Tsukemen" with simmering broth
This time, I would especially like to recommend the "Rich Tsukemen." Once you try it, you'll want to come back regularly, and it's a dish with many fans.
For the same price, you can choose between 200g or 300g of noodles (the photo shows 200g of noodles). The staff will check your ticket when they collect it, so if you're feeling particularly motivated, try the 300g option.
The noodles are very thick, so it takes 7 minutes to boil them. And here it is, brought to you in about 10 minutes. The aroma of the broth is amazing!

The dipping sauce is boiling in a hot stone pot. It's quite hot, so please be careful.
It contains bite-sized pieces of pork, seaweed, green onions, and fish powder.

Next to it is a beautifully arranged bowl of thick whole wheat noodles from "Seimenya Keishi." There is also vinegar and chili peppers to add flavor.

The dipping sauce is a rich and creamy pork bone soup with the added flavor of seafood, giving it a deep flavor. It's easy to eat and has an addictive taste!
In addition, the extra thick noodles go perfectly with the piping hot dipping sauce.

To change the flavor, I added vinegar halfway through and enjoyed a completely different, refreshing dipping sauce.
Finally, if you ask the staff, you can get some bonito soup.

The popular "Hakuta Kamachan Ramen" is always lined up at the Daimyo main store. The limited menu "Koku Tsukemen" that can only be eaten at the "Kasuga store" is so delicious that you'll want to go out of your way to try it. Please stop by. (Text / Trip Camera)
