A selection of exquisite dishes that will make you want to drink up the soup! "Ramen Stadium" Limited Time Special Menu
Hello. I'm Yuri and I love ramen.
This time, we will introduce a limited-time event that ramen lovers must see.
Canal City Hakata "Ramen Stadium 23rd Anniversary Festival" will be held from November 23rd to December 15th!
Ramen Stadium is located on the 5th floor on the south side of Center Walk in Canal City Hakata.
The Ramen Stadium 23rd Anniversary Festival will be held for a total of 23 days from Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 (national holiday) to Sunday, December 15th, 2024.
The highlight is that all eight stores within the Ramen Stadium will be offering "special ramen" that can only be eaten during this period.
They all looked delicious so it was hard to choose, but I ended up eating at four places that particularly caught my eye. I'll introduce them to you one by one.
[Ramen Kurume Honda Shoten] Honda Ramen No. 31 "Honda Saburo CURRY"
"Ramen Kurume Honda Shoten" is a popular restaurant in Kurume City, a "ramen battleground" that is said to be the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen.
This special ramen, "Honda Ramen No. 31 Honda Saburo Curry" (1,500 yen), is a massive portion that's just like the G-style ramen.
This one-of-a-kind curry ramen contains 180g of medium-thick flat noodles and a whopping 450g of bean sprouts, all topped with a generous amount of curry.
The soy sauce and pork bone soup base has a strong presence that rivals the curry, giving it an exquisite taste that's not too curry-like. Delicious!
The thick slices of pork are also very impressive.
If you try to eat it from the top, it will be difficult to reach the noodles, so I recommend first transferring the bean sprouts to a separate plate and then mixing the noodles and soup together bit by bit.
[Ramen Nibou] Hakata Tonkotsu Hot Ginger/Buster
Ramen Nibou is a restaurant that takes pride in its rich, yet odorless pork bone soup.
This is the special ramen "Hakata Tonkotsu Hot Ginger/Buster" (1,500 yen).
The combination of rich, mellow pork bone soup and classic thin straight noodles is the best.
It is topped with ginger and spicy miso, and the soup changes flavor depending on how much of it is dissolved, making it fantastic.
The large pieces of pork slices arranged like flower petals weighed a whopping 200g in total! They were incredibly tender.
It was an absolutely delicious bowl of ramen, and it was so good that I drank up the entire soup before I realized it.
[Original Tomato Ramen Sanmi] Flavorful explosion! Grilled cheese shrimp mayonnaise tomato ramen
The popular "Original Tomato Ramen Sanmi" has a large number of repeat customers.
This special ramen, "Delicious Explosion!! Grilled Cheese Shrimp Mayonnaise Tomato Ramen" (1,290 yen), is a tomato-based soup with shrimp, cheese, pork belly, and mayonnaise, a combination of ingredients that are almost Italian. It's full of originality.
The aroma of cherry shrimp that fills your nose is irresistible.
Mix the melted cheese into the noodles and you'll experience bliss!
Before eating, I imagined it would have a light taste, but it was actually quite salty. The noodles were thin but the bowl was filling and very satisfying.
The rich tomato soup was so delicious that I finished it in no time. Personally, it was my favorite of the dishes I tried this time.
[Sapporo Miso ~Once in a lifetime~] Grilled fatty pork miso ramen with seasoned egg
"Sapporo Miso - Ichigo Ichie" is well-known for its authentic Sapporo miso ramen.
Special ramen "Seared pork belly miso ramen with seasoned egg" (1,300 yen) is available here!
The key is the exquisite soup, with a gentle white miso flavor and the rich taste of lard. One sip and you'll be left sighing in delight.
The soup, which warms both the body and soul, is paired with firm, medium-thick noodles that are springy and easy to swallow.
It came with four unique slices of roasted pork belly. So luxurious!
The rich soup was also delicious, and I drank it all up!
The special ramen introduced this time can only be enjoyed now and only here. The other four are "Hakata Tonkotsu/Buster Tsukemen" (1,800 yen) from "Ninanbou Second Tonkotsu Tsukemen Ando," "Tsukimi Chicken Miso Corn Butter Ramen" (1,300 yen) from "Rich Chicken Salt White Soup Ramen Hottategoya," "99 Jiro Ramen" (1,300 yen) from "Shodai Hide-chan," and "Special Spicy Miso Ramen" (1,430 yen) from "Nagahama Number One."
You can get a "Special Ramen Sticker" (see photo below) with each store's special ramen printed on it on a first-come, first-served basis, and the first 230 people at each store will have the chance to enter a "Lucky Lottery" (the winning ticket is a 1,000 yen shopping voucher).
Be sure to come and visit with an empty stomach. (Text by Yuri-chan)
