This time, we will introduce you to a ramen restaurant in Yukuhashi city.

"Menshin" (Yukuhashi City), a ramen restaurant that is popular with both children and adults

Menshin is located on Yasukawa Street, a 10-minute walk from JR Yukuhashi Station.

There are parking spaces for a dozen cars around the store, so it's easy to get there by car.

With the motto of "high quality at low prices," everything is handmade, from the sauce onwards. They insist on preparing and using only the ingredients on the day, and when they sell out, they're gone.

The shop is notable for the wide variety of ramen it offers, including the popular "Menshin Ramen (pork bone)" (990 yen) topped with large pork slices and a boiled egg, the classic "Pork Bone Ramen" (781 yen), "Chicken Garlic Soy Sauce Ramen" (781 yen), "Miso Ramen" (990 yen), "Abura Soba" (990 yen), and "Rich Tsukemen (Seafood and Pork Bone)" (1,078 yen).

After selecting your ramen, choose the hardness of your noodles (soft, normal, firm, very firm, or powdered).

There are also side dishes such as "Fried Chicken" (583 yen) and "Gyoza" (363 yen). There is also "Chicken Nanban" (682 yen), which is rare at a ramen shop, and "Nanban Set (Chicken Nanban and Rice)" (396 yen) that can be added to ramen.

There are 10 different toppings to choose from, including "Boiled Egg" (+198 yen) and "Rich (Back Fat)" (+143 yen)!

White sesame seeds, pepper, pickled ginger, and ramen sauce are placed on each table, so you can enjoy changing the flavor to your liking.

If you're not sure what to choose, try this! "Tonkotsu Ramen"

The most popular dish at the restaurant is the "Tonkotsu Ramen." This beautiful ramen is served in a stylish bowl with two large slices of pork, wood ear mushrooms, and spring onions (the photo below is without any additional toppings).

First, let's start with the soup. It's a rich pork bone soup, but it has no unpleasant odor and is easy to drink.

The noodles are thin and straight, and go perfectly with the pork bone soup. You can eat as much as you want! You can also order "replacement noodles" (+150 yen)♪

This is also delicious! "Chicken bone soy sauce ramen"

For those who like lighter dishes, we also recommend the "Chicken Broth Soy Sauce Ramen" (the photo below is without any additional toppings).

It is topped with two slices of pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, and seaweed.
