About 50 types of delicious, reasonably priced bread! A hugely popular store that keeps selling out (Fukuoka)
Hello. I'm Momo and I love to eat.
This time, we will introduce a bakery in Kanda-machi, Kyoto-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture, which has been in business for about 30 years.
Very popular with locals! "Pan Kobo Komugi" (Kanda-cho, Kyoto-gun) has about 50 different types of bread on offer
"Pan Kobo Komugi" is located 3 minutes by car from JR Nippō Main Line Konase Nishikodai-mae Station, near "Ogura Sumire Kindergarten." It is a very popular shop that is known to those in the know, with customers flocking in one after another immediately after opening.
The yellow building has a large, eye-catching "Koumai" (wheat) character written on it. There are several parking spaces around the store.
The moment you step inside the store, you're greeted by the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. There are rows of bread lined up in the small store. There are about 50 types of bread, including sliced bread, sandwiches, savory bread, and seasonal breads!
There is a kitchen in the back where they bake the bread.
They sell two types of bread: the simple "Shokupan" (320 yen per loaf) is made with carefully selected wheat flour and has a characteristic fluffy and chewy texture.
The other product, "Brown Rice Bread" (360 yen per loaf), has a wonderful brown rice aroma and is very popular with children and adults alike.
"Melon Bread" (180 yen) is also a popular item. The inside is fluffy and the outside is crispy with a sweet buttery aroma.
Other interesting items include the shop's original savory bread "Teriyaki Burdock" (230 yen) and "Chicken Burdock Salad" (230 yen).
There were also "Pumpkin Anpan" (180 yen) and "Sweet Potato Cream" (180 yen) made with seasonal ingredients.
However, please note that most of the bread will be sold out by the evening.
Introducing a wide selection of affordable and delicious bread!
They all look delicious and it's hard to decide. I'd like to introduce the bread I bought this time.
Cream bun
Everyone loves the "Cream Bun" (200 yen). It's a big size, a little bigger than a smartphone!
When you cut it in half, you'll find a generous amount of homemade custard cream inside. It's quite heavy.
The bread is fluffy and the cream inside is sweet, smooth and delicious ♡ It's quite filling, so just one is enough to leave you feeling satisfied.
Curry bread
The classic "Curry Bread" (200 yen). You can find this at almost any bakery, but the "Curry Bread" at this shop is definitely larger!
If you rebake it in the toaster, the outside will become crispy and it will taste even better.
When you cut it in half, you'll find it's stuffed with ingredients and is very satisfying to eat! The curry inside is not too spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food and children can eat it.
Ham, salmon and potatoes
The "Ham Salmon Potato" (180 yen) is unusual and intriguing. It is topped with plenty of mayonnaise, and the delicious aroma makes you hungry.
It contained potato salad filled with chunks of carrots and potatoes, ham, and salmon, all for just 180 yen! It was a very satisfying dish.
All of them are reasonably priced and sure to please! Please come and check them out! (Text by momo)
