[Nakasu] Superb! "Enjoy the taste in a high-quality space" Beef bone komtan-based motsunabe (Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Hello. I'm Yuri and I love delicious food.

This time, we will introduce a restaurant in Nakasu, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, where you can enjoy motsunabe (hot pot) served with collagen-rich komtan soup.

Opening in June 2024! Suzurantei (Nakasu, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City) where you can enjoy special hot pot dishes in an adult atmosphere

Suzurantei is located a one-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Subway Airport Line or Hakozaki Line.

It opened in June 2024 on the second floor of the building called “SAM’S BLD4” next to the entrance on the Nakasu Chuo Dori side.

The signature dishes are the meat stew made with collagen-rich komtan soup and the meat stew made with Yamato Shijimi clams from Lake Shinji in Shimane Prefecture. You can enjoy A5 grade "Iki beef" and the brand of free-range pork "Hashirubuta".

It's open from 5pm to 3am the following morning (11pm on Sundays), so you can use it late into the night too.

The interior of the restaurant is a modern Japanese space with a black motif, giving off a mature atmosphere.

There are both table and counter seats, making it a great place for anniversaries, celebrations, and dates.

No garlic used! "Suzuran Wagyu Beef Motsunabe" cooked in special beef bone komtan soup

This time we would like to introduce another popular menu item, the "Suzuran Wagyu Beef Motsunabe Set" (5,400 yen per person). *Orders can be made for two or more people. *10% service charge not included.

The set includes "Appetizer herbal soup," "Suzuran Wagyu beef motsunabe," "Shiso rice porridge or shiso champon for the finale," and "Dessert and Yame tea."

The "Aperitif Herbal Soup" is a light soup made with consomme and plenty of clam extract.

It feels like it warms you from the core of your body.

The garlic-free "Suzuran Wagyu Motsunabe" is based on a rare komtan soup.

The broth, made by simmering beef bones, tails, and innards for a long time, is light but has just the right amount of saltiness and an excellent depth of flavor!

The delicious flavors of the vegetables and the fat from the Wagyu beef tripe have melted into this amazing soup.

Another unique feature is that the cabbage and other vegetables are cut into thin strips, which allows the flavor of the soup to penetrate well.

Of course it's delicious as is, but if you dip it in raw egg like you would in sukiyaki, you'll discover something completely different...!

You can also add "fresh yuzu shichimi" or "red chili miso" to your liking.

"Fresh Yuzu Shichimi" has a refreshing spiciness.

The "Red Chili Miso" was rich and had a sweet and spicy flavor.

Once you've finished eating, it's time to finish off.

This time I made "Shiso Rice Porridge".

The staff will cook it right in front of you.

The aroma of the finely torn shiso leaves is refreshing. The egg is also fluffy. I was able to enjoy every last bit of the flavorful soup.

Personally, I recommend adding the "fresh yuzu shichimi" mentioned earlier.

The last dessert was pistachio ice cream and Yame tea.
