"J.S. BURGERS CAFE", located on the second floor of "MARK IS Fukuoka Momochi", is a burger cafe that opened in Shinjuku in 2000 with the theme of "The hamburger I ate that day in America".

This restaurant has nine locations across the country where you can enjoy hamburgers that are full of the latest trends and are made with care, but Mark Is Fukuoka Momochi is the only one in Kyushu!

The interior of the restaurant is spacious! The chic American-style interior creates a stylish and relaxed atmosphere. There are many table seats, so you can relax comfortably.

There is a salad bar inside the store, and during lunch time (10:00-15:00), if you order a burger menu item, you will get a drink and salad bar set, which is a great deal!

You can also enjoy great value lunch burgers available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 15:00, such as the "Classic Cheeseburger" (1,188 yen) which comes with fries, a drink, and a salad bar.

The "SUPER Tsukimi Fair" is currently being held for a limited time until October 31st (Thursday). A menu that allows you to enjoy the flavors of autumn is available.

"Tsukimi Tsukune Tempura Burger"

The most recommended menu item is the "Tsukimi Tsukune Tempura Burger" (1,760 yen). The bun is topped with a soy-soaked egg yolk that looks like a super moon, making it a visual treat as well.

Soft and fluffy chicken meatballs coated in plenty of sweet and spicy sauce and topped with a runny egg yolk!

It also incorporates plenty of Japanese elements, such as crispy lotus root tempura and shiso leaf tempura. It's a hearty yet light dish that is refreshing and delicious.

"Fall vegetable fritters"

In addition to the burgers, we also recommend the "Autumn Vegetable Frittes" (990 yen) made with sweet potatoes, okra, and shishito peppers! If you eat the autumn vegetables sprinkled with the Mexican spice "tajin" and squeeze some lime on top, the sweetness of the ingredients will be even more pronounced.

"Satsuma Brulee Sunday"

For dessert, we have the "Satsuma Brulee Sundae" (1,320 yen). The exquisite balance of roasted green tea jelly and mitarashi sauce is irresistible! The sweet potato is made into candied sweet potato and the custard cream is made into brulee, so you can enjoy the crispy caramel layer and rich cream.
